Really Aaliyah would have been the character that saved everybody in the matrix because in the third one if I can remember straight, Aaliyah's Character Zoe shoots the robot things trying to stop that young dude from shooting down the gate letting the others in to destroy all the other robots!! I foresaw her passing away months before it happened. I didn't know how she was going to leave this planet, but I saw her picture one day while I was searching the net, and I knew. I wish I could have warned her, but what can you do without any details? I had no details, just a feeling--a foreshadowing. To this day, I am still very sad about her passing.

@admboy09: This was so long ago that I left that comment, that I forgot that I left it? I saw her photo on a fan site, one about celebrity news--I forgot which one, there are so many, and I don't even know if it is still in existence? I recall being so proud of her when she got that role, and one day I saw a publicity still of her, I don't recall the pose, but I think it was a headshot (?), and I knew; the story, a short story, was about her getting The Matrix sequel role. It still troubles me.

They should have found a way to incorperate her footage in like they did with the oracle. Im watching it now and nona aint got shit on Aaliyah in the looks and acting department. She was clearly a better choice.

They should have done like they did with Heath Ledger in "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" Put Aaliyah scenes and then find a way to explain how the character changes her appearence. It's the freaking Matrix!!! They could have done it!!! Or at least try!!!!

i love it awesome wish they would've used her parts in this one even though i know they didnt make it to the third one without her though even if it wasnt enough film they still could've used it but still loved the preview would've been nice too see her and jada alongside together in that film and more love u AALIYAH *RIP MOVIE QUEEN* :)
