  • Your grip strength is great though, and that's the main thing with rope pull-ups. Is that a Wing Chun training dummy I see on the side of the screen?

  • Good strength, but hang the rope higher, so you get a fuller range of motion and your arms atretch out completely. You'll use your back muscles more than your biceps that way.

  • I actually have the rope attached to a chain with a Carabiner around a steel beam and have adjusted the height up already. I agree with what you say. Have to keep that Shoulder Girdle stretched out and working. Thanks!
