Because of the indictment itself. How could the Sudan govt have known for sure they were passing on intel without the indictment being issued. They may have had their suspicions about the agencies and the indictment, which is quite specific & detailed in its allegations, confirmed those suspicions. Anyway, Bashir will never be handed over, the Chinese will make sure of it as they have large investments in Darfur & elsewhere.

The Tibetans have faced worse repression than the "Palestinians" ever have. Yet where are the Tibetan suicide haters fighting non-combatants. You don't realize here the problem is Islam. Muslims all over the world are fighting with their neighbors: Israel, The Phillippines, Southern Thailand, India, Chechnya, Serbia, Nigeria, Sudan and Darfur. Why is that?
