and the street lights have big white things under them because level 1 doesn't have the global textures for the light since it's daytime. but since the house textures are only used in that part of the world they are in the file for that actual segment, i don't know what the deal with the grass is

i changed part of the code so that level 1 loads that part of level 4, but if you go away from it and come back both part from level 1 and 4 are loaded and it causes everything around there to go crazy

the night time affect isn't done with lighting, it just uses darker texture images
