Here is a little fun fact for everyone out there: Lysette Anthony, who plays "Liz" in this movie, also appeared in another 90's gender-bending movie. She played Sarah Carver, the girlfriend of Dr. Richard Jacks (Dr. "Jekyll"), in the 1995 comedy, " Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde".

Yeah, I hate that stupid watermark - I put that there because of the opening credits music, but its not like it worked. I actually haven't used a watermark since I posted this movie. Glad it didn't hinder your liking of the movie. :-D

This movie should be remade every decade or so.
Furthermore, this mannly girl married a real-life billionare, took his wealth, divorced him and remarried him twice. The actress is everybit of the stigma the women in this film are.. :)

yea, suing for monetary compensation is easy, cause the lawers are incentivized to do it regardless of the suers greed or love/hate stage.
Capitalism has usurped some western women concepts of healthy and viable relationships..it's an easy mark of status for people who can't see beyond the game.
I mean, Would you date a minimum wage men who is also totally awesome, or does he need the right kind of car to pick you up in?
Actually, I KNOW that I don't own this movie (I'll never claim to otherwise) - I actually watermarked it to see if I could prevent the theme of the movie from getting muted - it didn't work so I had to re-upload with corrections to the theme, but I didn't take the watermark off. It is not on every part of the movie.
I hope that because "people" (and I'm actually a very nice "person" who values the opinions of the viewers) put their name on it, that doesn't hinder you from enjoying the movie.
Is that Ella Fitzgerald they're playing? Don't listen to her a lot but it sounds like her.

probably at the early 90's when it was first published. I recall a friend naming it on the bus, and then I happen to stumble upon it on TV.

There is the original movie of this theme, Goodbye Charlie (1964).
From what understand, there is a surprisingly good porno shockingly similar to Switch called "Angel Number 9" (1974).
1989 had Cleo/Leo, very similar to this theme.
Switch in 1991
and finally "The Hot Chick" in 2002 (essentially the opposite of "Switch" )
Now that it is 2010, its close to a remake.

It's actually kind of hard not to get sucked in within the first few minutes. It moves fast but its actually an addictive film.
