well...theres a graph that shows solar flares and these types of clouds are usually induced from those. not to say haarp has nothing to do with this but if you see vertical clouds...thats haarp. the ripples could be solar flares though. i havent ever seen them move like that though...last time i saw those they were still and our entire streets power went out which solar flares can do so im not really sure
this is just low altocumulus undulatus clouds. they result from wind shear in low pressure fronts infront of a approaching storm system. these ones are quite weird looking though lol

Actually it's 100% normal. Completely normal to be accurate. What you have here is cirrus cloud forming in advance of a warm front. Happens all the time, especially when you have a thermal inversion layer occluding with a warm front. Has nothing whatsoever to do with any 'conspiracy'. It's just a 100% natural, common and in fact predictable cloud formation. Very common in all parts of the world.

well...theres a graph that shows solar flares and these types of clouds are usually induced from those. not to say haarp has nothing to do with this but if you see vertical clouds...thats haarp. the ripples could be solar flares though. i havent ever seen them move like that though...last time i saw those they were still and our entire streets power went out which solar flares can do so im not really sure

this is just low altocumulus undulatus clouds. they result from wind shear in low pressure fronts infront of a approaching storm system. these ones are quite weird looking though lol

those clouds are caused by atmospheric waves. they are moving in a different direction because they are higher than the cumulus clouds and that layer obviously has a higher wind velocity. all natural

Actually it's 100% normal. Completely normal to be accurate. What you have here is cirrus cloud forming in advance of a warm front. Happens all the time, especially when you have a thermal inversion layer occluding with a warm front. Has nothing whatsoever to do with any 'conspiracy'. It's just a 100% natural, common and in fact predictable cloud formation. Very common in all parts of the world.

It looks like a wave pattern is being sent to that location. The clouds do not move on as a whole, just imagine watching an assembly line and thats the radio wave being sent, its just keeps coming.

from what i seen on video's before earthquakes, the ripples are huge, these seem quite small, but its unusual that the higher altitude clouds are moving quicker than the low lying cloud, im not a cloud expert by a long way so just take my comment as ignorant observations :p

I like how wiki explains HAARP [though i think wiki is a terrible source], it basically says HAARP attracts conspirasy theorists who dont understand true science. Many claim to be science believing peoples but in reality are peoples with paranoid personality disorder [though they likely dont know/admitt to it, OBVIOUSLY].
There are plenty of science journals that use HAARP study's as reference, sadly for many their topics arent sinical enough

Look at HAARP's Alaska website for their subterranean capabilities. They do indeed have pinpoint accuracy.
Google ELF/VLF transmitters and look at some of the applications: Shockwaves, ground-thumper, crowd control.
And look up Dr. Rosalie Bertell in conjunction with HAARP... She has some pretty informed opinions about it.

The low frequency waves generated by HAARP are millions of times weaker than naturally forming ELF's, even those formed by lightning strikes. Do lightning strikes cause earthquakes? No? Then neither does HAARP.
Dr. Rosalie Bertell is a retired cancer researcher. She has no credibility on radio science, and has admitted she got her ideas from talk radio. Not exactly a scientific source.

Here asimple way to put it.
There is water in the air everywhere, you cant feel it, you cant see it, but in all air on earth there is water vapor.Water vapor is not dense enough to fall like rain.
The planes spray Chemtrails to provide particles to attract the water vapor. (Imagine floating dust that tiny particles of water can cling to) The more tiny water molecules that collect, the denser the collection becomes, postively charge the ions and the dense water vapor form clouds.
