What a wonderful message in this song!!! The essence of what it is saying is: "Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God." (Psalm 43:5) What hope we have in Christ! His mercies are indeed new EVERY morning. GREAT song.

This is definitely the best song on his debut CD. I just can't wait for the next one. hope its soon because before u know it he will be blazing the billboard charts. Some better videos would b nice but i think he will still make number one.

This is a beautiful song! Chris is a really amazing singer. In my opinion, this is the best song on his CD, but it's even better live!

This is an artist who is vocally one of the best singers I have heard in a long time. When I saw Chris Sligh performed on American Idol, I did not know at first that Christian would be the direction. After hearing the song and the CD itself, the CD is timeless. God Bless you.
