the rar script should be explained. Proxy judges can bet gotten from google.  Simply type in proxy judge for charon in google and then use them in charon

You should explain where to get proxy judges. I had to find mine on a forum. Also you did not say how to set it to look for an external proxy judge. Not being critical here, but not everyone has a server or knows how to set one up. I use blackhat forums excellent advice on proxies. It shows you how to get external proxy judges it also tells you how to update a new filter list for really bad IPs. But it at least shows some of hte programs features take care

This is just to test if the proxies are working or not. It then lets you know if it is anon or no. Then what level of anon. ;)
