stork is no more one of the powerful protoss compare to Bisu or other "5 dragons" well, he is still quite good player though....

I'd say Stork is easily at the level of BeSt and Jangbi, and probably at the level of pretty aka free. Definitely not playing as good as Bisu atm, since Bisu is playing like a beast.
