wow seriously.... eerie indiana, alex max, all that, rugrats, goosebumps, are you afraid of the dark kept me going through the 90's! dam takes me back!
i cant belive this show is now 20 years old, i went into search and found out that these kids are in the 30s and almost 40, so strange to think about it, 90s child show will always own the new ones
I watched this when I was a kid to. Another cool one was the goosebumps show that had all the books I used to read as a kid and turned them into little shows. real cool the 90s where so fun makes me miss being a kid sometimes but then I remember how much I love pussy..
Just discovered this on Netflix. I'm SO happy I did. While it was made before my time, but I still love it. Its such an awesome show, and can usually take me away from the real world. I wish there were more than 19 episodes. :'(
I was born in 92 i know what all you people mean man!!
I still remember the big change that happened in i think it was 2005 when most of the series here in Holland got really bad. I watched eerie Indiana the mask inspector gadget Mask samurai pizza cats and more awesome stuff. Nowadays those stupid cartoons don't have any story line to it just stupid shit one after another.
Man, having being born in 1988. I'm glad I got to see GOOD kids television growing up. i can't even bear the thought of having to grow up in todays kids television. This shit is classic...
I remember watching this and round the twist long ago when it aired during the afternoon on FOX, that back when FOX and WB actually played cartoons and such during the week.
@Picnicl Yes! This show was so creative. Where did that creativity children shows had go? Today all kids shows are either noisy crap cartoons, or overly happy teen sitcoms who all look the same. They don't dare to be eccentric anymore, or include a slightly dark edge. It's like back then they thought that children could take more? I doubt if it's a good thing this changed. This was great. These are the children shows that stay with you.
Omri Katz who played Marshall also played in one of my favorite movies from the 90's Hocus Pocus as Max and Thora Birch who played Max's sister Dani played in another one of my favorite movies Now and Then as Teeny and Christina Ricci who played Teeny's best friend Roberta played in another one of my favorite 90's movies Casper as Kat who fell in love with Casper who was played by Devon Sawa (who I was also in love with) And Devon Sawa played in another of my favorite 90's movies Little Giants.
@dempurah I loved this show! Its like they got rid of all the good shows that were on in the 90's. The new millinium shows stink! I remember that tupperware thing to lol. It was great!
I'm born in 85 and I to love this show . It's on Netflix instant and I'm watching them all over again but this time I'm smokingna bowl ofnweed instead eating a bowl of cereal lol
Big time nostalgia!! used to watch this when I was like five years old.
Is it just me or did T.V shows of the 80's and 90's of kind of this magical like quality to them... now it's like t.v has just lost it's soul and isn't even worth watching anymore. I'd rather watch re-runs on youtube of great t.v than the American Idol-Jersey Shore- Dead body crime forensic shows of today lol.
Those born in the mid to late 80's need to ban together to get a channel that will only play shows we grew up watching so our future can know what quality kid television is. You know what I'm talking about it you were born in 84,85,86 & 87. Doug, Full house, Boy meets World, Are you Afraid of the Dark, Pete & Pete, Global Guts, Kids in corporated, Bump in the Night, SH Rock, Flash Forward, Clarissa Explains it All, Family matters.... thinking about it sometimes makes me wanna cry. Life was easy
@JatoneAyers lol, yea, i feel ya there bra! pete and pete... ironic cuz i was just thinking bout that show today. i think the older brother pete is on the new pizza hut commercial check it out.
@JatoneAyers AMEN! I was born in 1983 and I remember all these shows perfectly! The 90's was an awesome time for TV shows (such as the ones you've mentioned) and it was also a great time to be a kid.
@JatoneAyers dont forget that one temple maze game on nik, all that, rugrats, ah real monsters, ren an stimpy, goosebumps, guess who with summer sanders, power rangers, reading rainbow.k im gettin all sad now too..
@JatoneAyers I was born in 89 and grew up watching those shows too. >_>
Clarissa, All That, and a few other 90s nick shows are airing on TeenNick now at night, sort of their Nick at Night, just aimed at Nostalgics. Eerie, Indiana was just put on Netflix.
@JatoneAyers Watch Nickelodeon after midnight. They've been bringing back nineties nick lately with many of the shows you mentioned. Doug is one of my favorites
memories! i remember the episode with the people losing stuff. everyone started to lose their belongings in that episode and the little ones were trying to solve the mystery.
This was a good show. Too bad it got canceled after the first season. Funny thing was replayed it during the late nineties and that's what led to the remake series but that didn't make good enough rating. So its funny because if they done a few years later it would have been a success. Very good show. I loved it as kid and love it now.
wow!! i've been trying to remember the name of this show for over five years. now that i figured it out finding it again is a little disappointing. expected more.
I remember this show existing but never paid much attention to it. I really don't remember anything about it. Same with Major Dad. Strange opening but, hey, it looks better than a lot of crap they have on TV now.
I get really pissed off when I remember how interesting this shit was back then, and now I look at the shit they put on tv nowadays, there are SOME good shows but during this time, damn near everything fox kids or nick aired was epic.
Best show for kids/teens ever. Why? Well it was like a bigger caliber, it wasn't just "scary", it was actually disturbing, freaky and odd, it had unusual stories and original characters - that's higher level. Maybe that's why it didn't get as much attention as it should, it just wasn't typical kid stuff... it's still watchable now tho
There was some sequel however, called "Eerie, Indiana:The Other Dimension", but it was bad, very bad.
There's some Eerie books too, I didn't check em yet though.
Been watching alot of shows from my childhood on here lately goosebumps,Eerie Indiana,Are you afraid of the dark, pete n pete, street sharks, swat cats, ghost writer,VR troopers, beetleborgs etc.I feel like i'm going through an early mid life crisis lol but seriously when I see these shows they make me feel like a kid again.I don't care who you are if you grew up in this era I'm sure most of you feel the same.
Brilliant this was ! Glad there are alot of geeks like me that searched for it. Always the great shows that get axed isnt it. Anything not middle of the road bollox.

Those sure were some awesome times from my childhood. I remember I used to turn on the TV as soon as I would get home, just to watch over and over again the Eerie episodes.
@hibertansiyar >> A little more of a kid's version of the X-Files, but yeah, I can see a little bit of Supernatural in this show. Still one of my favorites.
oh, this brings back the memories. i loved watching this serie, i still remember some of the episodes. like that twin brothers lives in storage container for food. or a missing girl who appears on the milk box. lol :D
come to think of it,they dont even make horror shows for kids today do they, back then we were lucky,we had goosebumps, eerie indiana, are you afraid of the dark etc, god bless the 90's
wow when i used to be kid i always watched that show and i lived in a weird feeling all the time. like someone is watching me or something strange gonna happen to me. and i just have to know what it is it. was such a great show . they dont do good TV these days anymore. everything went down hill. poor kids they wont be able to grow up without the awesome shows of the past. they will be forced to watch shitty TV of this time stuff like Hannah Montana and those triple gay johnas bros :(
@rockpop1 Yea I totally agree with you. Th crap my lil brothers now a days watch really seme stupid. Back in the days the shows and cartoons were really mutch better. Spiderman, Batman DBZ , power rangers they all rock.
wow seriously.... eerie indiana, alex max, all that, rugrats, goosebumps, are you afraid of the dark kept me going through the 90's! dam takes me back!

wow when i used to be kid i always watched that show and i lived in a weird feeling all the time. like someone is watching me or something strange gonna happen to me. and i just have to know what it is it. was such a great show . they dont do good TV these days anymore. everything went down hill. poor kids they wont be able to grow up without the awesome shows of the past. they will be forced to watch shitty TV of this time stuff like Hannah Montana and those triple gay johnas bros :(
