BUFF!! QUÉ ESULTATE !!! no ha mantenido ni una nota,  es malo a conciencia. Estoy de acuerdo con un comentario .Cura Rimarrai unico, pero por ser un ¿ cantante ? que m no ha cantado ni una sóla ópera bien., !!Carrera única !!!, pocos cantantes han conseguido un record semejante !!!!

I dont like it.

Jose Cura its one of the best Otello in the last 20 years. But this performans its poor. He did this much better so many time. I dont know if he was with helth troubles. And to make all wrost, hte chorus was, i dont know, just not right. Maybe a bad transmision? I can count not less than 5 times in the last 10 years that Cura did a great Otello. Its a shame. Such a glorius roll for him.

Madre miaaaa, coro desafinado, orquesta regular y Jose Cura... buff, aprecio su esfuerzo, pero no se puede comparar con los grandes. No se si sera la calidad de la grabación, pero esta produccion es verdaderamente mediocre comparada con las grabaciones de Corelli, Domigo o Del Monaco.

Sorry but Fabrizio he's right about his think.This performance it's like something from a academy of amator.Ok,about Cura is better not speak because everybody can understand that he's finish at all.The choir is very bad,without voice,and the idea from the director it's so stupid.He try to be modern but this is not the just way.

With all due respect ilbacioditosca I have to agree with fabrizzio on this one. Cura is bad from being a great Otello. Only reason he is even considered a good one is because there aren't many tenors doing the role nowdays. This esultate was horrific. Note were forced and opaque. No squillo, no real interpretation.

Fabrizzzio,I hope Berlusconi came to Italy to show Italians that if they produce fancy cars watches and clothes it is to sell somewhere else. That life is not just cars and clothes as they understood before the WW2. 19 th Century gave VErdi, Puccini because they had EDUCATION. We need Tulios SErafin, with educated singers like CAruso.

Cura is a great Otello.

This is a quite embarrasing presentation and performance. The lighting effects is cheap, the scenery, confusing and bannal, the Desdemona arm bashing, music coordinated showoof overboarded into the ridiculous. Cura's entrance, a non-entrance. He is doing the Domingo Otello thing, he has got no self command or personal interpretation of the character. High-schoolish in all regards. If this is the best you (meaning all involved) can do for Otello, for God's sake, and Verdi's KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF!!!
