  • Typical british bike lots of noise and no power

  • It is 60 years old and capable of well over 100 mph. In its day it was state of the art. What do expect?

  • They were smaller than the BMW as were all brit bikes & handled better. That said I always wanted a BMW (too expensive) but the Police turned them down because of a vibration problem with the flat twin or so I have been told.

  • @polskich You talk rubbish, look at the world championship results going back to the 50's, a hell of a lot of British machinery were winning race after race and championships.

The company Veloce were outstanding engineers wiling to try different and innovative ideas, not merely copy.

  • @boutiquesexy they did not win much with this bike

  • @polskich Correct, as bable666 said WW2 stopped development. WW2 stopped everything, armaments were top priority.
