An absolutely beautiful scene <3 It always brings tears to my eyes. Does anyone know the name of the music that is playing? It fits the scene so beautifully.

Wonderful movie....I used to watch it all the time when I was home pregnant-kinda ironic b/c I was with my child's dad at the time and fully in love. Ironic b/c my child's father is married and obviously free of me and my child for the last 3 years and steady I cry for him. Best movie and scene EVER!!!!
