@micahPortu I don't wish to sound arsey about the Irish accent. That is to say I don't believe it to be inherently superior to any other accent. But if the Kelly Family singing voices have no connection to Ireland, then why would you think they were "very Irish".

On the other hand if their influences are American and European ie German/Spanish/Dutch etc, you would have to call them American /Euro. In addition the style of music, "schmaltz folk" has it's own influence on the singing style.

I know what you mean. Angelo's voice was amazing when we has child. But now it is anything special.. Once upon a time Angelo's voice was awesome- little boy with voice like that! But now it isn't so amazing like it was years ago.

I like Paddy, because his voice is really strong and good, I think so. His voice was great and it is still great. And his hair was very cool, I loved them. I like Paddy in "An Angel", "I can't help myself" and "Mama" the most.

Multilingualism was very important for them, they wanted to speak spanish when they were in spain, german when they were in Germany, french when they were in france...All of them are able to speak at least 3 languages, most of them are able to speak more than 3 languages. They wanted to have songs in all languages. 1982 they made an album with german christmas songs, for example.
