Sorry about the loss of your grandad, ellablondchick. He was one of the pioneers of British Blues Rock and part of history and the heritage of Fleetwood Mac. It's good that you had the chance to know and appreciate him.
my grandad died on monday night- bob brunning. He was such a nice man and always happy when his family was around. i love him so much. He will always be in our hearts!
@ellablondechick Wow he was your grandfather ,he was one of the most beautifulest bassests and human souls i ever souley experienced, may he be forever blessed and you too a relative of this godly soul.
Bob Brunning died Monday...he didn't want fame or riches, he just loved the music! Wish Peter had just called it Fleetwood Brun and been able to keep it real....
I was there. Jeremy sounds nervous - and who can blame him? This was their very first gig! I certainly enjoyed it, it was why I went to the festival. Their later set in a marquee was good, too.
It seems like last week - and I rather wish it was, because as my friend James Harman would say "You can't buy that now!"
