The one negative to Americans finally caring about food is people like you think the are foodies when you have no idea about food. So once again fuck you.

don't bother. people like doa102480 think complaining makes him look more intelligent. anyway, food trend has cycles just like anything else and David Chang at this point of time is one of the brightest and most creative chefs for sure. i get a lot of inspiration from his works when creating new menus.

This place is a fuckin joke. $9 for salty pork buns (2 in an order), $21 for for quail the size of a hummingbird. David Chang needs a punch to the balls.

The prices are very reasonable for a restaurant that received 3 stars in Michelin guide. Maybe you should just stick with Taco Bell because you obviously are a typical cheapskate.

i ate momofuku noodle bar thats right next to this place. the place he's showing here is the momofuku bar. the noodle shop is so much smaller and not as fancy as this one but great food nonetheless.
