@XxPzPxX1 ya it is the snes version and theres two versions theres the original super mario all stars and theres another all stars but it also includes super mario world which is this one in the video

at 2:11 if you hold down the down button on that white block you will go down be behind the map and if you get to the card spot you'll go behind the black and will get a flute to move you to the 1-3 lvls 4-7 or the 8 lvl world 1 lvl 3
