Cuba was made a state sponsor of terror in 1982 during the COLD WAR. They have never directly attacked the United States. Meanwhile, countries that are NOT (and have NEVER been) "state sponsors" of terror include Afghanistan (Taliban leadership during 9/11), Pakistan (sheltered bin Laden) and Somalia (where al Qaeda was based in the 90s).

Glad to know Michelle Bachmann is going to base her foreign policy decisions on 30 year old information.
