Thank you for this dressing. My plants are doing so well this year I'm always on the lookout for new recipes for zucchini. I had all the ingredients except the tomatoes I had were in oil with italian seasonings so it isn't as low fat as yours. It tastes amazing. I think it would make a great sauce for zucchini pasta. It made so much I can try it all different ways. Thank you again.
