I think it's supposed to be satirical. In most families, the mom takes care of buying the clothing and leading the family's child raising. Every time the little boy says "Sick of it!" I crack up, so I like this ad. But in fact this ad is a big joke on BOTH men and women by a FILTHY RICH CORPORATION. Almost all ad execs are men. This ad targets women because moms buy the socks for the family. Male advertisers make men look stupid in ads in order to con women to buy the product.
