I remember playing this game when I was like 4 years old... seems like forever. MW2 and Starsiege were really the first games I ever really enjoyed and were sooooo much better than Modern shitfare 2... (Favorite mech hands down: Marader and Gargoyle :) )
God damn it, typing in MW2 no longer comes up with mechwarrior 2 videos... damn you infinity ward... stabbing pc gamers in the backs AND taking away abbreviations for my favorite games...
I personally hate the Titanium edition, the Vanilla (classic, pure old-school) and 3DFX (albeit the bad hitboxes) were the best.
Titanium was based too much on Mercenaries. And for the video's sake, I hope you can put music in (just plug it in with any video tool such as WinMovieMaker).

I see your points. Although I would suggest getting a 3DFX Voodoo version, the inaccurate hitboxes can be a pain. The classic discs are still around, on eBay, usually the best discs for the classic are the NetMech Edition (Win95/DOS version plus full NetMech), MegaMedia Bundle (same or otherwise called the Non-Retail Pentium Edition, minus full NetMech), or the IBM CD-ROM (DOS only, but if you got a powerful comp with DOSBox, you're cool).
The music, depends. The MW2 tracks are great though.

omg i really wish my mech warrior 2 disk will work for my computer. and when i try 2 load it it keeps telling me my computer is a windows NT when its actually a windows XP
okay then. why dont you check out what kind of allocation table your hard drive is formated with. if youll notice it is ntfs if you are running xp. NTfs.

Guess I better read the books, huh?

Never played MW3, but MW4 was a disappointment, no Jade or Falcon, and the story was completely off (what ever happened to controlling the 'Mech with your brain? MS needs to make a new MW based off the MW4 story-line and feel, but updated graphics (much like C&C3 did). :-(
