i think people should stop making a big deal about the hijab. if a girl wants to wear it LET HER.. whats the big deal? and yeah i can agree the purpose of wearing a hijab [to show modesty] is not every muslim girls goal.. its just a fashion, but arguing over who wears a hijab and why wont help.. its a personal choice so i dont understand why people need to butt in

I see the majority of young women who wear Hijab in UK, show off their body. That means they maxmize their butt, their legs and chest and at the same time wear Hijab? I feel ashmed to look at them because they see Hijab as a social custom and a fashion accessory rather than a Islamic garb. Also fellow Muslims don't say anthing to them, as they're wearing Hijab. In fact Hijab is an excuse to wear imodest dres with hijab. The Imams don't speak against this, as many are happy to see them in hijab.

Just because Iosa/Yeshua was following a path of kindness, modesty, virtue, compassion, sanctity, and various other virtues does not mean he was following Islam.
You may be virtous, compassionate, kind, virtuous and be muslim. It doesn't make you a Christian, or a Christian a moslem.
You assume Christian girls dress immodestly. You don't understand that most people in Christian countries are non-religious, in the modern era. You assume, but you just don't understand.

@Neyney7hug1ady Most Islamic youtubers have no experience of real Christianity and what it means. They just have a list of things they disagree with and another list of things that they think are better in their own religion.
Unless you start going to proper Charismatic or christian church services, you will not know what Christianity is about.
And that would potentially be a death sentence for you, if your church finds out.

I think sometimes, logical personalities gravitate towards idealogies that present the universe as being solved. My point is, this may exist in Islam, but this exists already in Christianity - even though many mainstream churches are just not like that. There was love in Christianity, but you didn't experience it. Why not?

I mean, there's half a billion catholics in the world who revere Maryam - but, you make a statement that you have more respect for the virgin Mary than any other religion? That's a really silly comment, and it shows you have little experience of Christianity.

@loveislamm Ha~ ok, well I will tell you what I do know. In Nigeria,when I lived there, I saw a 9 yr old boy get held down and have his arm broken under sharia law, for stealing a mango. I saw a women in Kashmir get her teethed knocked out by her husband for spending too much money, she was wearing her Burke though, good girl. I was almost kidnapped on the Pakistani border by Islamics, and had to be taken out in the night and flown out of the area to save my life. So, yea I do know some things.

The Quran is very specific - Veil - over thier bossom not Hijab!
The word Hijab was already existent in the quran and mentioned 7 times in different ayats; so thier is no confusion with veil and hijab.

@Ryed1989 I am extremely curious about how and why things happen. That's what makes science so wonderful, there is constant progress. People live longer now not because of a stupid belief system, superstition about God, but through scientific breakthroughs in medicine. What we know now will be eclipsed by what we know in a hundred years. Science will continue to embarrass relgious accounts of creation through further discoveries into our origin. I can't wait. You just want the easy answer though
