1 banana, 1 cup raspberries (frozen), 1/2 cup coconut water, some ice cubes, 1 tbsp. cacao powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 tbsp. hemp powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch salt, 1 tbsp. raw honey, 2 big handfuls spinach. Blend. Yum.
