  • this guy was my karate teacher for 15yrs. lee = epic.

  • sweet mullet

  • @timberbothy2 email me at leebarden@comcast.net and i will help you with your question.

  • tom hanks?

  • Great lesson!

  • thats it,im growing a fucking mullet.

  • 71 guys got hit by an invisible nunchaku while watching this video.

  • Michelangelo (party dude) would be proud! Quick question...I love seeing the rhythm/flow of nunchukus, but, in a fight, what use are they? Once they hit a target the momentum is lost. I honestly don't know, and would like to...HELP!

  • @timberbothy2 it's also a pretty hard edged weapon so even when not being swung you can smash someone in whatever part of the body you like with the end, it's also a defence weapon and you'd be surprised how fast you can build momentum.

  • I watch this movie again and each time he does a great impression on me!

  • This is a true champion!

  • 71ppl fuked them selves up wit nunchucks

  • revolver ocelot's evil twin

  • see my show please

  • U r the best

  • Comment removed

  • 70 people people didnt win the nunchaku compotitions they participated in because this guy took 1st.

  • Its just that easy!!!

  • coolstorybro

  • AH YOUR MY HERO..

    1 THIS GUY

2 THE GUY IN THE WHITE NINJA SUIT FROM SIDEKICKS

    3 BRUCE LEE...

  • sure this guy is good, but he lacks the speed that the asian guys have

  • @PigRifle this is an example video if corse he is going to go slow

  • @PigRifle ? Forget about that, somethings look better slower than fast. I have seen a tone of Asian guys and girls going very fast and it looks boring because you cant see it properly so it just looks cliche and boring

  • good

  • It all starts with a fantastic understanding of a Mullet. There are many variations of the Mullet, from the Ape Drape, Kentucky Waterfall, the infamous Business in The Front & Party in The Back to your basic Mullet. Thanks for the video.

  • The Bob Ross of martial arts.

  • this guy is good at demonstrating and Bruce Lee is good at breaking people's bones

  • dang he does it so good that it looks like a fan animation

  • Damn he plays with speed chuks not with nunchaks i wont to see a video with nunchaks but he is unbelieveble sry for my english

  • He is very good. But he talks like it's very easy to do it. Easier said then done though lol. He makes it look effortless.

  • Youre not fuckin with Bruce though

  • @shadowblack10 Of course, unless you're a necrophile.

  • I use to use these moves at raves. I always thought it would work for nunchaku also. So basically this dude looks like he's giving a light show to me.

  • From a combat perspective the last thing you want to do is let go of your weapon - while its spinning around in the air an you're busy watching it you're somewhat vulnerable. Would look good on a show like 'Americas got talent' though.

  • @ardnaxelanz He's not claiming this to be combat. This is freestyle. Check out his combat videos. I think you'll like what you see.

  • i was tinking that i i know it very well but yet now i found it was nothing

  • Looks like 68 people must have been beaten up by nunchucks before watching this video.....lol

  • Wow his doubles are amazing. The singles are ok but yea wow with two he is incredible

  • real master

  • this is why we invented the gun it takes many many hours to get good with a weapon that requires dexterity like that..any idiot can pull a trigger i wish we only had melee weapons

  • Like Bob Ross with nunchaku - I keep waiting for happy trees :P Seriously -- very, very nice work :)

  • The gi crumple noises......classic!

  • Hand roll, thumb roll, finger roll CALIFORNIA ROLL!

  • Comment removed

  • Very advanced nunchaku techniques.

I was quite amazed when watching this clip for the first time then I had to buy his DVDs. And they were quite worth the money.

Now after almost 1 and half a year practicing and can do most of his moves, still admire his speed, strength and smoothness.

  • Imagine if you had to fight this guy...

  • How long has this guy been doing this?

Its true I have never seen anyone better!

  • its cool but i rather play with a long chain nunchaku cause they seem to be more advance then the 1 inch chain

  • he's having gun =)

  • Comment removed

  • Wowwwwwwww!!!

  • wtf with those nunchak? o.O

  • is there a strong point

  • Outstanding. I love it. I have learned more to add to my knowledge of nunchuku. Very masterful, thanks.

  • Hmm. Bruce Lee or Lee Barden?

  • The guitar solo made this for me.

  • dosent that hurt after a while?

  • LOL it's freedom

  • Wouldn't wanna get in the way of this guy when hes angry :L

  • Yeah I'll put the OMG out there. Because it's this guy is OMG-Flippin amazing/awesome....!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @hakobriganyan I have. And while you certainly have strong arms and can probably strike really hard with those nunchaku's, you are limited in your movements, very static and one sided. I see more fighting application in Barden's style than in yours. You should study freestyle and overall flow to increase your understanding of the weapon. It will open your eyes. I guarantee it.

  • @KasperSensei ok, I will follow your advice but anyway I am thinking this is more circus than martial art.

  • @hakobriganyan Watch Barden's sample on combat application with the prochux. You're sure to recognize some of the moves he does in freestyle. It all follows the same concept as freestyle in many ways.

  • @KasperSensei Thanks

  • But as I see this is more show then martial art yes? could you please search "vard antinyan yanni" and compare the fighting style.

  • @hakobriganyan I did and you are and was not impressed. same old thing, different guy.

  • I wonder if this guy has ever heard of girls?

  • @MitchellLeary1 Hes married?

  • epic mullet!

  • Ok, now youre just showin off...

  • @synthpathetic dumb fuck

  • Theres too much going on here to catch the eye. Less is more

  • well i must say this guy is GOOD though :p

  • This is all cool and awsome, but some of it is more like juggling than MA... Fighting techniques (with nunchaku) maybe somewhat fancy but they do work :S

  • best teacher!

  • if he were getting mugged in a back alley and had his nunchucks, not only would the muggers be confused as fuck but they'll probably just stand there watching.

  • those are small and light weight mine is big and made of solid wood.... i dont know how to do those kinda moves with mine.. iv broken tree branches with it.... just saying how much i trust my weapon :)

  • I personally know him,I used to go to his school in FL.

    He's a great teacher.

  • this guy could beat chuck norris, just sayin

  • O__O

  • mullet mullet mullet

  • Hahahaha at :53 "Now, here's a cute one.."

  • Can all these moves be done with regular or traditional length nunckaku or douse a guy have to have the speed chucks?

  • They should put this guy in a DMC game and when his combo level reaches Smok'n, they should put those lines in there too.

  • Very nice!

  • reminds me of....dam, can't remember his name, he's the painter who always talks really calmly.

  • come off into one...double hand rolllol in-fucking-sane

  • your routines are remarkably similar to the poi routines I've seen in raves / bush parties - poi was originally a mauy weapon, but then got developed into a type of 'play / practice' for weilding bladed weapons (i think?) - the moves you do when you did the 2 pairs of chucks when you did off-time for the transition to the over-under then the half turn (if you did them with poi) would be called 3beat weave / 2beat cork screw / 3beat backwards weave - (youtube: '5beat weave' and btb weave)

  • ahh, a fellow chucker aye? TMNT!

  • "Now here's a cute one.."

  • Wow, if I've ever seen a martial ARTIST this is it. He sounds like a Bob Ross with nunchuks!

  • It's only showing off if you can do it better or someone else can. Show me.

  • SHOW OFF

  • this dude is insaneeeeee

  • search "vard antinyan" and you will see not show but fast strikes.

  • :p I bet he is a old raver :P

  • I'll never diss country music again, now that I've learned that Billy Ray Cyrus apparently is a nunchuck master.

  • 4:43 didt that HURT! o.o

  • All that and he'd still get his monkey ass whooped in a real fight.

  • BG for all dis knowledge

  • Anyone else feel like you are watching Bob Ross with Nunchucks? " Just a happy little nunchuck..right there..."

  • YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOME!

  • Bar none is right, Very talented and skilled man.

But where are all his students

    ?

  • i wanna know how long it took him to do this much

  • Also comes in handy when leading a parade in front of a marching band.

  • FraterAeternus93 saw ur home page. Namaste now really, with that on ur home page and ur comment, who is the real poser here? tae kwon dick

  • he looks like a poser . rex kwon do

  • 0:54, best line ever

    now heres a cute one?

    hilarity!

  • fawken baton twirler

  • i like it, thats talent

  • now instead of batons the police need these

  • I cant belive you spent all those years doing that. I got a gun, and have been in three full on gun battles. Forennza died . I lived.

  • @siddyslim

He doesnt learn this to win fights you moron

  • can you make some tutorials? I can do a lot of the spinning, but I have issues with throwing. can you please mak a tutorial?

  • 1 inch rope ties with 4 strands are exclusively ProChux. speed chucks used to be ball bearing until the copy cats went Tournament. if you think what Bruce Lee used is real nunchaku you are wrong. he made long chains for Movies. now they are traditional? they are just a brand as you called it. Prochux are very much for martial arts. martial artists created them, use them and teach. Look past the stix and see what is really going on here.

  • Baton twirling

  • @BigDTinyE can you really be as dumb and/or shallow as your comment? Do you know anything about what is going on in this video. This is not a combat video, even though more than half could be used for combat. This is mostly for building attributes and having a good time.

  • you gotta b kidding me, incredible!!!!

  • fake and gay

  • @selbz (its so good it appears fake) chill out lol i'm not calling this guy homosexual, or a fake.

  • Do they make a pro chux in foam, for a beginner?

  • @gbinct yes they do.

  • @gbinct In my opinion foam chucks are only useful in discovering the more advance moves for example: behind the neck, above the head strikes and the reverse shoulder pass (under the armpit to over the shoulder). Basic maneuvers are best to be learned with real chucks. Just be sure to take your time and not to rush. It is not a skill developed over night. I do love the prochux due to their quick strikes however, dinosaur chucks i do believe are better for a beginner.

  • @gbinct Dinosaur chucks (ball bearing bamboo) due to their wieght and the feel for them i believe are harder to control which will better develop your skills. Kind of like how a baseball player uses a weighted bat before he steps up to home plate. The longer chain will help you develop a better feel for your hand rolls and basic strikes. The first moves any beginner should learn are the figure 8 and the over the shoulder (swing the chuck up and behind you catching it beneath your armpit).

  • i would have whacked my head arm and my junk!

  • looks like a damn jedi

  • holy crap what the hell just happened

  • HA! got all that guys? holy freaking crap..

  • Awsome.....simply......Awesome!

  • crap

  • that is chopsticks not nunchaku!!

  • Like Samson in the Bible, the power is contained in the hair.. only this time, it's all in the mullet.

  • lee barden taught chuck norris how to grow a mullet and use nunchucks

  • most civilized people are not running around with sticks, clubs and swords anymore. At least not in my part of America, so why swing Chux? The Chux for some can be a rare enlightening tool for their physical and mental growth. Bruce Lee Changed the Nunchaku for entertainment purposes. What everybody is calling Traditional Chucks originated with Bruce and the Movies. He is the Standard and yes he influenced me. That is why I do what I do. Im Just modern. I LOVE CHUX. Get over it.

  • FAKE....nunchaku or nunchucks dont actualy exist they are just 2 sticks connected together...all videos of nunchaku are fake

  • @JKDspirit Ok. so if you got your ass beat with to sticks connected together ud be pretty dumb yeh.... i bet i would kick ur ass with chucks and im only startin out... this guy is an insperation

  • "see there folks, these are happy nunchucks" lmaooo dude sound like bob ross

  • im willing to bet money this guy was inspired by bruce lee, the original chucker. but then again kudos for being good at what you do ^_^

  • @Ramul32 You would win the bet. He taught me what to do and what not to do.

  • man he pretty good, im also pretty good at nunchucks but this guy na he has to much flashy moves n hes good n all but in a real fight he would swing like crazy n no flashy moves seriously n hes not using real nunchucks either so thts y he so flashy n fast but if it were real thn he wouldnt really b able to do it then

  • man he pretty good, im also pretty good at nunchucks but this guy na he has to much flashy moves n hes good n all but in a real fight he would swing like crazy n no flashy moves seriously

  • Everybody...Nunchaku can be used in many different ways. People have different styles. Some look more serious than another but it all depends on the fighter. Stop dissing the guy. He's just doing it for fun. I bet you half of the people that post these comments don't have the balls to face him. Someone has to agree with me.

  • bruce lee is still the best no matter what!... RIP Bruce lee

  • this guy is good. but can he use the proper nun-chucks. i..e the bamboo with a string attachment. or the achrylic with a chain attachment. roughly about 3 inches length

  • @uvmaster at leat they could say

u will not be able to do thesemoves with long chain nunchakus

    just with these pro chucks

no where in the vid did u see mention of why he can do that with those and not with long chain nunchuks

  • @4515downsln

Those aren't even pro chucks, they are called speed chucks, and aren't even for martial arts.

  • @ZahnGhor Speed chux were made as a copy for ProChux. Someone didn't want to pay for the best and decided they could do it better. They failed, but that doesn't stop know it all dumbasses from spouting their ignorance. good job, Zanghor

  • @uvmaster

First, if you are going to finish up by putting my name at the end, at least spell it correctly. Now, Speed chucks are an actual style of nunchaku. Pro chucks are a brand. Maybe you should stop being ignorant, and open your mind to new knowledge instead of thinking that you already know everything. Speed chucks were invented for tricking, nothing else.

  • @ZahnGhor

    Sorry, ProChux.

  • @uvmaster

Alright, I just re-read the comment that started all of this. There was a misunderstanding, by pro chucks (since he didn't put ProChux) I thought he meant "professional nunchucks", I was just informing him that they weren't like, some special type just for professionals. But yea, speed chuck style nunchaku have been around for a long time, they are nothing new, this guy just revamped them by making the ProChux. Speed chucks were still not originally meant for martial arts though.

  • he is not match with bruce lee ! bruce lee 's style is strong ! fast ! and no perfomance

  • He can't do it like Bruce Lee! lol

  • it's freedom...total freedom.

    best line ever!

  • This guy is the 'Bob Ross' of Nunchucks...Happy little Nunchucks....R.I.P...

  • the blatant hyperbole abuse in the title amuses me

    your over-exaggeration is over-exaggerated

  • just playing...having a good time.

    best line ever!

  • @aceking1990 agreed!

  • @ipodhero101 Practical for what? This is not a combat video. I didn't teach throws during the combat video and I didn't teach combat in the Freestyle video. Practical for what? Sorry you didn't find what you were looking for. Perhaps if you knew what you wanted to learn you could research the right videos?

  • what he do at 3.20

  • 68 people got hit in the face with there own nunchucks

  • nice ... but not very practically

  • he does not have chain. It will be harder for him or not possible to do those moves with a chain nunchucks

  • he is better clown than me :) i did not see no deddly hits, but i gues he will be ok with this "any-way to any-how" changing. i want to see 5 guys throwing rocks to him and he defending, traing eve direct the ofendet rock.... for praktis.. it can be a tenis bolls.. sorry about my bad english :) (UP)

  • @driftadjiev You obviously didn't see your spelling or your Language teacher either.

  • How come the only people you ever see doin karate is white dudes with mullets?

  • @mynamearekid Bcause White guys with Mullets RULE and all else just sit around and DROOLS.

  • Check my vids out. Not as good as him but still worth a look i gues :)

  • Some dynasty warriors fighting, especially with the fire LoL

  • 68 noob people missed the I Like button

    awesome moves, great

  • he is cool

  • This guy should have the right to call himself a black belt. WEAPONS ARE FOR FIGHTING, NOT FOR TWIRLING AND LOOKING GOOD!!!

  • Remind me not to fuck with that guy LMFAO

  • its not a fucking poi its a weapon!

  • @AxianInc Are you a complete idiot. Do you think something changes other than Intent when you move from activity to activity. It's not POI you dummy, it's called flow, whether you are
