Medical knowledge increases, and yes, some things in medicine become untrue after 100 years but some things do not... BUT, they are physical, tangible things, which the knowledge of which can uncover more things about it, which can render some knowledge obsolete or "untrue" as you put it. Those things in the bible are referring to things that are not physical, making them immune to change over time.
Its just a BOOK. Its a book that has been translated and retranslated hundreds of times. Passages and quotes from this book have been changed to suit one belief over another.

I am not quite sure I understand your question clearly, but here is what I believe and have experienced...the bible says when we believe and are "BORN AGAIN" we realize our sinful situation and turn from sin and place our trust in Jesus sacrifice right then and there and the bible says the Holy Spirit comes and lives in us. And is a seal of our salvation and every day He helps us to walk with God and be cleansed each day and blessed and guided, comforted, taught and ready to meet the Lord.
What would all this matter if you lived a full life and moved on. You prepared yourself for what, all in vain. Live a full life now without the fear of a sky wizard comming.
God wants us to always be ready to face Him, whether it is upon our sudden accidental death, our death from old age, our death from disease or His Glorious coming! In our hearts we all know there is a God and we are afraid to face Him if we are not ready. If you want to be ready, it is simple. We are seperated from God by our sin. Jesus took our punishment on the cross. All we have to do is humbly open our hearts to Jesus and ask for forgiveness and your eyes will be opened.
Let's say you're right for a moment, and there is no after life or judgment to come. Then you have nothing to worry about. You won't even have the satisfaction of saying "I told you so." Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know no one can create matter. People can manipulate it, but not create it. What created matter? The Big Bang theory doesn't make sense to me because it doesn't explain where the matter came from. The only other explanation is a supernatural being. I believe God is that supernatural being. I feel that science provides plenty of evidence in the existence of God, or at least some superior force. Respect my opinion, don't hound it. All I ask.

Medical knowledge increases, and yes, some things in medicine become untrue after 100 years but some things do not... BUT, they are physical, tangible things, which the knowledge of which can uncover more things about it, which can render some knowledge obsolete or "untrue" as you put it. Those things in the bible are referring to things that are not physical, making them immune to change over time.

I dont know what everyone's view of God is but i know for a fact that He has always been true to His word. The Bible never contradicts itself and just about all the signs pointing to His comming have come to pass. Our soon is not God's soon. Our time is not God's time. God is not a murderer. I have felt like you do at times in the past, when I was depressed or angry. You sound rather bitter. You have it all backwards, it's not a big deal to admit we do things that are wrong, except for pride or arrogance or fear. We let things get in the way of admitting our faults. Once you own up to your junk, and know that God really is loving and forgiving and on your side, it really makes you free and you realize we are all in the same boat. Insecurity can keep you from God, also.

I am not quite sure I understand your question clearly, but here is what I believe and have experienced...the bible says when we believe and are "BORN AGAIN" we realize our sinful situation and turn from sin and place our trust in Jesus sacrifice right then and there and the bible says the Holy Spirit comes and lives in us. And is a seal of our salvation and every day He helps us to walk with God and be cleansed each day and blessed and guided, comforted, taught and ready to meet the Lord.

God wants us to always be ready to face Him, whether it is upon our sudden accidental death, our death from old age, our death from disease or His Glorious coming! It sounds like your hanging off a cliff by a rope, and you're holding a flame to that rope just above you. The Lord makes it very clear that He will bring judgement on mockers and blasphemers.

The Bible states 365 times "DO NOT FEAR". When we love and follow Jesus, He is within us. Jesus said that He has overcome the world. Always remember that the Lord is true to His Word, and He is always with you, even when it doesn't seem like it. He will never leave nor forsake you. Fear is not from God, but from the Devil. Send this fear back to Satan where it came from, and walk with confidence and joy, knowing that Jesus is right there with you all the days of your life.

Insanity? It's insane that more than 1/2 people in the U.S. are obese. Who's saying let's save us. It's insane many people are dying, with weapons fed by the wealthy countries. And the 1st step to conquering your life, and your childrens. IS to get rid of country sovereignty, your rights, and religion. Trust me there will be a religion of course. However, it's to serve man. Check new age movement, one world government, and research on iraq. If you've sold your soul, don't also sell your flesh.

how can grown people believe this? Its depressing. If the bible was written by prophets and seers, there wouldnt be any doubt, or need for interpretation. All those passages are easily dismissed, as are all the pages of all religious text. NOTHING in what was just read couldnt have been applied to ANY time in history.

From then on...I don't even know what you're talking about dude. As far as i know there is 1 God, his name is Jesus. God makes more sense that Evolution. And trust me I know my math, physics and sciences. Education? one of the best in the world. It's a choice that you have to make. Alone. Because you'll be going to hell/heaven.

Don't call me close minded please. I know the theories behind evolution and big bang, the pre-protines, about Adenine tri phosephate.... I know the facts. And I am proud that I know science. However, looking at them, God still makes more sense. Why, because his word is coming to pass today. Matthew 24. Read it, and try to use your "logic" please. And you're right, by your CHOICE, you'll make your OWN MIND UP. Even if you're religios, you have to make your OWN MIND UP. Again, it's a choice.
