Bring back the roast beef!!!!!!

The 80's menu was decent, but for some reason it ended up being a disaster for the company. That's why you don't see Roast Beef on the menu. You don't see the 'Big Deluxe' either. Hardee's used to have a Turkey Club sandwich back then too and a Mushroom and Swiss burger. Now, you won't find any of that stuff. They closed all the Hardee's in my town and this part of my state. Carl's Jr. is not the same as Classic Hardee's, they bought the chain in the 90's.

I used to love going to Hardee's as a kid to get a roast beef sandwich and a milkshake. Awsome memories.

They don't sell them anymore, but the wraps we use for the burgers sometimes say roast beef on them. Doesn't make any sense.

We also recently stopped serving the big shef.

Roast Beef is the main reason people used to go to Hardees. It was what set them apart from the other fast food places like McDonalds and Burger King. So, in one of the dumbest moves ever made, they discontinued their signature product.

Imagine McDonalds discontinuing the Big Mac, or Burger King no longer selling the Whopper. Well, Hardee's move to kill the Roast Beef was even dumber than that! What a bunch of morons it was who came up with the idea to stop selling the Roast Beef! Idiots!

I went to the drive-through at my local Hardees a couple of years ago and ordered a Roast Beef. When the lady told me that they didn't sell it anymore, I thought it was some kind of a joke. I wouldn't have been more surprised if I had gone to Pizza Hut, and they had told that they stopped selling pizza! I mean, I half expected Allen Funt to step out of the shadows and tell me to, "Smile, you're on Candid Camera". I still can't believe that they would sabotage their own business that way?

@hawjhawj68 a damn shame too. Hardees is still strong in the South but up North that place is a damned ghost town no one ever frequents the place. They're still holding it down in Virginia.

UH OH!!!!. Viral marketing lawsuits up the ass for Hardee's!. :( Is Hardee's similar to Arby's. I never ate at a Hardee's before cuz I don't think there are any in Ontario.

@HBKanedge818 That's because there are NO Hardee's in Canada. Only countries where you can find Hardee's are in America, and (per Wikipedia) in 10 Middle East countries, including Egypt.

CKE(owner of Hardee's) had a trademark dispute in a Canadian courtroom with Canadian chain Harvey's over the similarity of its name with Hardee's, and Harvey's won that suit. So as a result, CKE chose to open locations in Canada under the Carl's Jr. name.
