Actually - just finished my first flight under FSFS and it's pointed out a few problem areas I didn't even notice - and was rather detailed in what to do - now THAT is awesome.

The Briefing Tool in FSFS2009 really helps with this - it shows exactly what your frequent problems are and how well you are working on them.
