Wow, it's really nice and still has that California-Spanish stucco-like texture to it! This house would be perfect for the 4-person family I'm planning on creating (can't download TS3 yet, need graphic card upgrade). Too bad you can't upload it to the Exchange. ;(

**PS: The interior of the house gives me eyegasms, and I love the back where you made the little lounge area/swimming pool. You should have made an indoor swimming pool as an addition to the master bedroom! It would have been so cool with a little balcony facing toward the ocean and island that's ahead of the master bedroom's window! ^_^ I'm just so bubbly with ideas right now!

just make a lot, and don't move anyone into it, so you can make any house size you want at the cost of nothing, until you want to move a family into that house. You could also cheat(shame on you if you do) or you could just paint a lot of pictures, or sell a lot of books, those kinds of things, They work better then a job in sims 2, so they might here.

want to make it brighter or change the color to anything you want, click the floor tyle on creat mode and then you can place floor tyle in the pool, you can do the same for walls in the pool.
