Poly Styrene was the stage name of Marianne Joan Elliott-Said (July 3rd, 1957- April 25th, 2011) a British musician, songwriter and singer, most notably in the pioneering punk rock band X-Ray Spex.

A video has been released for "Ghoulish," a track from the late Poly Styrene's final solo album Generation Indigo. The song was inspired by the death of Michael Jackson and the video, reworked after Styrene's passing from cancer this past April, reflects that.
