lake raystown resort is so nice. it has a waterpark, marina, beach, campsites, and minigolf. i really do love it there.

it's a shame i'm not going next summer.:/

the huntingdon fair is amazing. i used to live there. it is so fun. there is knife winning where you throw rings over a knife to win them, then there is gun shooting, shows, rides, big slides for little kids, and music! its so fun. they have a demolition derby too. my dad still lives around there.

ok. Perhaps you can help me out with something here, 1joecool1. I grew up in Orbisonia/Rockhill right by the EBT -- and had to experience the immense numbers of people who come to ride this thing (not nearly as many people as it used to bring, and still not even remotely close to tne number of people that Creation brings).. but what's the Charm to it all? I know the historics behind it, but what brings people out in droves? (to be continued)

Maybe I'm just looking at it from the perspective of one who grew up so close to it. I don't know.

but I do love and miss being so close to the Lake. Perhaps the thing I miss the most about moving away from Orbisonia to Palmyra.

yeah... really old & dirty. it runs on coal. it was very cool to ride it though;-] woo!!! woo!!! i never rode a bullet train... i'll have to put that on my "things to do " list
