Xecuter used to sell a pre-modded faceplate (plug and play almost) which looks similar to my homemade setup. It was called an X3 control panel and incorporated the same screen + had 2 USB ports and extra LEDs and BIOS select switches. Don't know if anywhere still sells them though. Maybe worth a google if you're interested.

THATS HUGE! 40 is more than plenty for most people, unless you've got a 50 game game collection or something.

Anyway, very nifty. I like the internalized receivers, transparent bubble, and the screen.

For you and your softmod, you can do everything apart from the screen and the on/off via remote feature. Those are the only 2 modchip dependent features you see in the vid. You could easily install a wireless controller, dvd remote, light up jewel, bigger hard drive on your softmod box. Hope that helps.

40gb is definitely not enough, on my home theater PC i've got 2 1TB hard drives, on my xbox though I've only got a 120GB since it's for my mom and she doesn't have very much stuff on it. You'd be surprised how quick space gets taken up when you're saving movies, tv show series, games, music to it. I wish xbox could handle that big of a hard drive.
