She's right, no sugarcane on Pantanal! Sad to see that people think the only way to get applause nowadays is to say how damaging humans are. Love the HOME images, hate the narration.
Just to set the facts straight: there is not even a SINGLE sugar-cane plantation in the Pantanal. It couldn't be otherwise: the soil and the rainfall regime is highly inadequate for sugar-cane crops. Nomadic, free-range cattle raising has existed in Pantanal for CENTURIES and it is considereded a sustainable activity, with minor or no impact on the environment. Just like global warming, the human "threat" to the Pantanal is just another piece of misinformed enviromentalist propaganda.
Looking at that I'm proud to be brazilian. At the same time I'm very concerned about what human beings are doing with this world's heritage. Congratulations for the amazing video!
@21stCenturyFood dont let this propoganda fool you lol, its a beautifull documentairy but i dont think humanity will change because the leading countrys rather go to war with eachother than share land. humans allways will look for power and control and we allready lost that control because we rely on machines for our economy, 10 years ago the internet was a luxury now complete companys rely on it. what i want to say is : Succes is doing what you wanna do. Succes is going where you wanna go.
It's not just transport and industry that is damaging our planet.
We can change the earth destruction and reduce pollution THREE TIMES A DAY! By choosing WHAT we put on our plate TO EAT.
The UN FAO Reported in 2006 on the effect of modern meat and dairy industry on the environment. Humans eating too much meat and dairy - causing greater demand on our natural resources.
The Portuguese version says "This video is not available in your country."
A film about everyone in the world working together for change, and it's censored in some countries? What is wrong with you? Please get your head out of your ass and fix it.
I think so...I didn't found this film in my language: italian.
no voice in italian language, no film with italian subtitoles, but It maybe existe an italian version....
but, home teach us that we can change and we don't have to wait a change....WHY DON'T WE MAKE AN SUBTITOLED "HOME" WITH OUR LANGUAGE AND PUT IN THIS SITE?

portugues de PORTUGAL . Que lingua e essa que veio
parar no Brasil fugindo de Napoleao. Lingua de covardes
e aproveitadores - no passado e claro, pois agora nao
passam de pedintes da Uniao Europeia.
Vamos fazer legendas com a lingua ( "contaminada" brasileira.
o filme e magnifico.

Eat less meat and dairy = Less demand for cattle feed = less destruction of rainforest and fresh water use.
Eat more plant based foods, better for your health too and our planet, future generations.
What we eat is a HABIT - we can change a HABIT - we're all intelligent human beings.

É uma pena que só tenhamos o vídeo em português de Portugal. Uma versão no português Brasileiro viria a calhar.
