So when we come across someone who puts a twist on their words like that, it sounds interesting and exotic C:. Also, the media might have a hand in this - I mean, I grew up associating British voices with smart and witty characters, so now everything a British person says to me, no matter how vulgar, has an air of intelligence xD.
