saw snooky play in clarksdale at the sunflower blues fest in about 1986, what was so cool was he was sitting on the piano bench with pinetop perkins playing and sniging with him..RIP to them both.

I didn't think anyone had any footageof Snooky. Glad to see it is around! I was talking to Paul Orta once who told me that Snooky was his harp teacher. Not enough stuff on here of Paul either! Anyone got anymore of either?

Awesome! moremoremore!! his son Rip Lee is playing at the Herrin Civic Center on 31 Mar 07. Can't wait to see if it's in the blood

Snooky meant so much to me! I went to his funeral to say goodbye. He was one of a kind and one of the true legends of Blues. If the family doesn't mind, I might try to post some video of him, if I can locate it. He was truly awesome, and is truly missed!
