  • I feel for the original owners, they lost everything through no fault of there own.

  • I am sure they are illegals doing that stuff.

  • I respect these squatters attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness.

  • I don't get it. These fucking squatters can afford cigarettes and have all the time in the world. Can't they throw that shit out? Or at least put it in the corner. Some animals are smarter than these fucking people.

  • @Spokker Well not that I condone what they are doing, but if you are squatting, where are you going to take the trash? Pay the city for a regular trash pickup? The kind of person that is going to find an abandoned house and live there is not the kind of person that cares about how the house looks and where the trash goes. It is on the banks (who own the homes) to stop by periodically and take this kind of offense seriously. If there are no consequences, there is no motivation for these people

  • @fenix9885

Most places have standard pickup which people don't pay for directly. They pay for it with taxes.

  • wow this is bad...

  • Rig it with some boobytraps. Some Holy Hand Grenades should do the trick.

  • @0:58 kinda missed blurring the name on the 24hour fitness card

  • @unclenaughtyfingers I was simply covering up the Address, not so concerned about the name. I believe the mail may have been stolen.

  • @TVman1981 I too believe that wallet was stolen. I found the guy on Myspace. He seems like a good guy, has a job, probably isn't the one squatting, so the squatter may have stolen his identity.

  • @unclenaughtyfingers adan granados

  • im thinking secure it with an alarm system and rig the doorknobs with high voltage that might teach squatters to try to live in a vacant house

  • @crapper1 Actually the real answer is to bulldoze the property (which many banks are doing)

  • @aaronptrick What if they just lower the asking the price until someone buys it? Where this SHOULD be a "buyers market" of unprecedented low prices, instead tax money is being spent to force up the price of homes. Homes used to be affordable, but banks caught wise to this and like a crack addiction have been scheming ways to get more. When 20-30 year loan payments weren't enough for them, they came up with balloon payments. Now that mama government has her teat in their mouth, theyre set.

  • @aaronptrick But that is a waste of the property, hire someone to clean it up instead, the current owner should pay that cost, or sell it dirt cheap with the understanding that the new owner must bring it back up to code.
