you know, I love the site, but this presentation is not what I imagined STeve Pavlina is... He seems so perfect on his site.. ehh... I dont he's gifted to make presenattions, but he's a good writer though, Steve enlightened many areas of my life with his site.... This prez is total turn - ff for his fans
So, we're all after a better life; expanding our potential. Guess what this really means is we want MORE money! Some of the most successful blogs started out as genuine attempts to entertain and offer free info.
It's another goldrush eh? Stay in your job and don't pay anyone money to tell you how to make money. What you give freely with a loving heart will be rewarded.
Also, consider the fact that many 'high achievers' (totally subjective though this is) came from humble backgrounds, especially on the front of wisdom. Whilst not entirely relevant to this situation, the substance remains - judge the messenger not by the clothes he wears but by the message he brings.
Why do we have to believe in this guy?? All things he achieved in life so far was developing some unimportant computer games in his youth and living by a blog teaching things created by him to people. Is he an example of a high achiever? No way. Hes not in the moral position of teaching anything about life except for how to win easy money on internet.
Perhaps you could start by going to his site and reading some of his posts , before making unfounded statements. If you do take the initiative of visiting Steve's website and reading his material , please be decent enough to come back here and retract your statement :)...because you will feel the urge to do so
I discovered his blog some weeks ago and this is the first time I see him in a video. He's great, I read his articles every day and I am improving a lot in some areas of my life. Thanks for the video.
I'm a huge fan of his website, but I think he is "decent" as a speaker but talks like a weirdo and looks even more awkward than he talks... I'll stick to reading his content.
dude. weirdo? why do u care how he talks? you are lucky enough to get what he says for free. i t doesn't matter how he says it. I don't care if he said what he says in an air of helium. i'm all ears for him
Ver interesting speech. Again though, if you are wishing to market a blog, make it general. If you are making a personal blog define your niche and stick to your target market.
Well-explained, and very good advice! Don't box yourself in.
Being a reader of his blog for the past two years, it's quite interesting finally *seeing* him in action. Really fascinating individual. Expect to see him doing more speeches around the world in the new few years. He's one of the good guys. :)
well, i disagree with the niche category comments. I say niche away, there is better more focused traffic and higher conversions on sales & ad clicks. but, that is just my .02.
No, it's the suit. Look at his face, he is not fat. I would take his cardiovascular system due to the vegan diet over mine anyday. Your right about muscle tone though, I find a vegan diet does not support muscle growth and stabilization like a meat diet does.
I don't agree that he has a big belly but it's true that although he is very sportive (i know this from his blog)he doesn't look very fit. I suppose that it's because of his vegan diet. In the past i was a strict vegetarian for 4 years and vegan for 3 months. I was very very sorry when i had had to admit that these diets don't work. If you want to be fit paleo diet is perfect.
Interesting observation. I shot the video and I can tell you he appeared very healthy and fit. Perhaps the video image is less than flatering, a little blurry, or the suit a bit loose; he is fit and in shape for sure. I can't imagine anyone in the audience aligning with your point of view. I apologize to Steve and his readers for any misperception of his state of health this video might project.
you can't take him serious looking like that? what, you want george clooney or tom cruise to deliver your personal development advice, stuff that is going to change YOUR LIFE? man, if i were you i'd take it from a donkey if I had to.

Perhaps Steve could watch Godfather III - not for the movie but for suits.
Go Steve Go!
.. and if you wear a big suit -- fine. I am far more interested in the content.

He needs to get a tailored suit, he looks like a penguin. He's got good stuff to say, but I can't take him serious looking like that.

Why do we care so much about appearances? If the message is good, why does it matter what the person looks like or what they are wearing?
