I don't think I'm taking a risk by saying that I'm quite sure master Shinjō can defeat any western fighter ever lived, and by that I include Bruce Lee.

The guy can impale a person clean with his bared finger tips! what more can a martial artist ask for?

I agree, not many people get to this standard, i know everyone loves their own styles, but in all my years i have never seen any style as good and effective as Uechi, even though i prefer to train in Aikido ( the complete opposite ) .. but Shinjo is on a completely different level from most practitioners, its life dedication to master a style like this.
