@fofarabs Exactly same concern as mine. I will never donate to any charity that does not publish transparently what they do with our money.
Alot of investigations has shown that money donated to these end up in corrupted African government official's pocket.

The United States of America gives , with compassion , over 25 BILLION DOLLARS a year to foreign aid around the world. The pie can only be sliced so many times so as everyone gets their piece.!

Friendship is desperately needed. Let us not forget, though, the people right here at home who also need a friend, but have none: citizens who were born here, but have no documents, do not know how to find them (if they even exist), and haven't a prayer of finding their way through the bureaucratic nightmare to what little aid is available to them. The streets they live in are by no means paved with gold and, if they do get a roof over their heads, it is often enough surrounded by iron bars.

I would donate if i knew the money would go twords destroying the warlords and malitia. Then we would have true change people but untill then you are only feeding the monster of coruption that is the true reason people are afraid and starving. I have see first hand the malitia taking food and medical suplys away from the peace loving citizens that are starving.

i am from Somali and i feel the pain for my people but these so called capitalist greedy are just the epitome of evil. how is it humane to let innocent children and women to suffer and let then starve to death while 51% of the food produced by america annually goes to waste. the over mass producing of food in America doesn't just surpass the chain of supply and demand but its destroying the world.

I was born a blue collar homie and im gonna die a blue collar person born and raised in East L.A. 2 kids, house payment etc. This is it for me this is the end of the line, I dont have the talent or skills or even will to try and better myself. But through all this I was still able to give. Please guys, dig down DEEP and give to the people. We are the same, we all come from, whatever you beleive. God, evolution, if you go back far enough, you will see we are all the same. Please give. Thanks!!

baseball, basketball, football... they were games. that my country turned into sports for our "entertainment". games, that now reward people enough to potentially save a nation. the same thing with musicians. and for anyone who'd argue that my country wouldn't be where it is today without it.. the statement is irrelevant. because that was then, and the today is what could make change. i'm only an individual, but i wish my word is heard and spread.

wow watching this just devistated me. it's insane we pay athletes millions a year.... millions... for playing a game. musicians millions... for opening their mouth. but the american government tries to make it out like an individual in our country can make a difference... when it's our country as a whole that can truely make the difference. but yet their too scared to change themselves to be able to put themselves into a position where we can be there for the world and not just us.

ugh, this is so heart breaking. There is just too much suffering in this world. People, please donate even if its only $10; its a lot over there; a dollar can save a child so imagine $10. I wish I have more money to give :(

I'm shocked by the dislikes, it's truly sad what happens around the world, where poverty is rife and people really are stuck in a vicious circle. If you're able to view this video - you have something more than they could ever dream of having - you have a voice - use it wisely. Donate - whatever you can afford to give.

they need some good simple foods they can grow, such as melons, peppers, and animals they can eat, and grain to feed them, so if they dont have these crops and seed and water, how can they survive? probably good sturdy solar cookers would help too. why give them uncooked flour that they just shove in their mouth?

If North America stopped consuming so much, and war ended, and there were less greedy and rich people who have too much power...if the world found balance, then ppl wouldn't starving. Think about how much food goes to waste in the rich countries, and those poor countries sometimes export what they do have in order to get MONEY. Something they don't need, they need a right to their resources...whatever hasn't already been pillaged by corporations...
