  • Never seen anything like this. Freakin' nuts! Keep it up.

  • @Deelnyc; Dude I'm at a Fluffy-comm gym, You can still mix it up and stay away from the 2dimensional stuff....you just gotta think outta the box a bit!! I love getting the weird looks from the juice heads as Im melting myself with some off the cuff mega set!!

  • O kurwa...wish we had these type of gyms in NYC...I'm bored with the avg 3 sets of 10 repetition....you're a beast, what's your vert btw?

  • @deelnyc I haven't tested my vert in a long time, but I regularly

perform box jumps on a 52" box. You should determine your training style, not the gym. You shouldn't throw barbells around, but you can get away from the typical gym garbage that plagues most fitness facilities

  • Sweet mother of fuck, what did I just see? How the hell? What the hell? That was incredible. The fact that you can do that, and the fact that you can do that without injuring yourself... god damn.

  • @o0OMarijuanaO0o Hey marijuana guy, of course this is a good way to get injured, stepping into a ring to fight someone is a sure fire way to hurt yourself. But you don do it unless you are prepared. This is more of an act than it is a training procedure, just like walking the tight rope at the circus. Now go smoke some pot, troll.

  • LMAO!!!!

    2 PLATE!!>!>???

    2 PLATE!!!!!

  • @o0OMarijuanaO0o You should stick to the bicep curls. They seem more up your alley.

  • hahahaha srry i've got another question ? height and how much lift in squat as maxium absolut strenght?

  • matt how much weigh u ?

  • @atistatic about 90 kgs/200lbs

  • so inspiring

  • wow your are a beast.

    Great Vid thanks

  • How the f ????

  • respect

  • Yo Matt, did you use to do olympic lifts or something like that before? Like in Collage for example.

  • incredible he s crazy ........

  • Can make someone a pro strongman and bodybuilder?

  • how much of this is improv and how much is planned?

  • @TheFlash110 i knew i was going to do a barbell complex when i picked it up, but after the first lift, i just started moving, then throwing, and this is what happened.

  • i wanna be like you when i grow up lol.

  • dude your a beast

  • Man, it's been a while since I've said this... "Never seen anything like that before!" Pretty cool to watch man. Impressive.

  • that's insane!

    incredible BALANCE

  • I would do that too but my gym doesn't let me.

lol, that guys a beast. Good work

  • Just wondering, where do you find those rubber gym floor mats at a good price?

  • @cliffc13 go to a horse tack and feed store

  • only one word comes to mind. Beast'n

  • I'm not sure I could do that with an empty bar!

  • Man I'm not even close to trying anything to do with throw//catch, yet alone clean pressing a barbell with one arm, but since last posting here I'v moved up from 20kg one arm DB to 27.5kg clean//press, Awesome vids man, wish you where in Australia :P

  • The people that work out know how truly insane this really is, keep up the great work man!!! Incredible to say the least!!

  • most bad ass complex alive? I think so, gotta be hell on your forearms though afterwards. you should get some before and after pics to warn people who wanna step up to your level haha

  • man, you're a f'n' beast! love your vids but sometimes I wonder how you're able to avoid injury doing some of the things you do?

  • i know that might be an issue with some of the people that follow my videos and try to emulate my style without proper training. There is no substitute for common sense

  • dude,that's just fuckin sick!!!

got my ass fired up,big time.keep up the good work bro

  • I can't believe what I just saw. Very creative. Your obviously a very experienced lifter. And when you throw the barbell on the ground could it damage the plates?

  • it could potentially damage a lot more than the plates. Just say no

  • @mwich40 Now that's funny lol

  • Man how much weight is it?

  • 60kg/132lbs

  • OMG!!! Thats Hard Core right there man!!! Straight to Favorites and subscribing!!!

  • just awesome! 5*

  • Damn impressive! How much weight is on those plates matt?

  • 60kg/132lbs

  • each plate is 20kg

  • Damn nice, I think I'll try it with around 20 or 30kg to see if I can even do the throw//catch. Did my first attempt at one armed DB clean & jerk the other day and managed 25kg pretty well. Your videos give heaps of inspiration, keep it up!!

  • always exercise extreme caution in your training. It's about safety first, don't hurt yourself for no reason. There is no substitute for common sense. That being said, live aggressively...

  • That was probolly the greatest barbell complex I ever seen.I will attempt to do the same at my gym at the expense of hurting the innocent bicep curling obsessed maniacs around me. Keep kicking ass dude !

  • PURE Beast, I'm almost speechless, but I have some to say :)

This vid shows your results from decades of intensity, sweat, effort, pain and passion for the iron.

It also shows your amazing skill, you're one of the best I've ever come across, I'm psyched to see what your methods will do for those who come across your path and how you change the world for them!

    REPRESENT!!!

  • All I can say is .... WOW!!!

  • Great vid Matt. Reminds me of some Andrew Durniat workouts. The throws were beastly!!

  • good call, brotha

this was almost an "Ode to Durniat!" video

  • @mwich40, I hold you in the same regard brother.

  • awesome...how long have u been training by now?

  • almost 20 years now

  • that's what i call savage training

  • BRO.........Congrats, sick sick sick. Way to go. Loving the bar throw overhead, never seen that before.

  • thanks, Mike, you're the man!

  • Awesome!!! Look forward to meeting you and Zach tomorrow!

  • fuck yeah... thats some crazy shit...

  • Goodness...

  • Crazy Training! Sweet as hell

  • Wicked :)

  • Good example of venting correctly. Some let there anger or problems get them to much. You Matt, just release it in what your doing giving your self more fuel for the fire! Matt 1 Barbell 0 on that bout!

  • Those Zercher throws/Zercher catch things looked pretty cool, would turn some heads in a commercial gym.
