@jollyjellyjoyce idk properly but from what ive read before: outside the grocery store he was like, 'ahjussi if there was one thing you could change about death what would it be?' and junsu was like 'i wish that someone special to me was still alive, i would take better care of her'. then in the grocery store later with jihyo, the kid says hello. junsu says 'oh you!' kid says,' its so nice to see you happy, and to see your gf happy. but you cant cheat death. remember that!'

1st time she died. she didn't care. she walked out on the street on purpose cuz she was depressed. (junsu was alwayss late or cancelled on her) and when she was completely distraughted and tried to call junsu, he didn't pick up so she was like w.e and killed herself.

2nd time. junsu got a chance to make it up to her. and loved her with all the time he had. n she went out to buy a new flower for junsu n accidently wanted into the street and she was scared.

One day, his gf is at his door and he realises the wish came true. He meet the little boy again when shopping and says to him that he cant change the future and that his gf will still die. The day came and his gf was crossing the road and the car was coming and Junsu ran to save her and both died. they are both 'In Heaven'. Personal translation.
