I don't care about the legal issues because I highly doubt that apple would have a $90 lawsuit about torrenting OSX and hackintoshing it. Plus, apple isn't going to make a big deal out of something little and stupid, because they would lose customers. Apple acts they own all of their products, and people are just paying to use them. Btw I'm typing this on a jailbroken iPod touch, which apple claims is illegal and are trying, but not succeeding, to prevent. I have cracked apps, too.

OSX runs surprisingly well on netbooks (I have an Aspire One) but the big drawback, as the reviewer said, is that Macs usually have large screens and Mac applications tend to take advantage of this. This means that some of the more feature rich (bloated?) apps will be hard to use.

In Linux you can grab an application and move its title bar above the top of the screen. This means you can always click on buttons near the bottom. If this is possible in OSX, I have yet to find out how.

@lotus49a Yeah, that´s true but i don´t think you will do some serious work on such a little Computer.. I use my wind hackbook only for little tasks like surfing the web or playback mp3´s. The hardest Job i do with it is taking notes in school during the lesson and for that it´s an awesome machine ;)

Using hacked OSX is illegal and sites suspected in sharing illegal copies of OSX are under the threaten of closure. So no one can tell you the stable place for downloading it. You may just google through the net and find out a kind of torrent (be carefoul - viruses and malware are awaiting for you there!)

I personally recommend you to install Linux or FreeBSD (on which OSX is based). The systems work almost same (and you may install OSX-like visual style), but they are free.
