  • A10 is beautiful but old i prefer F18 hornet or Raptor !!!!

  • 0:55 *Bullets riccochet* *Connor dies* End credits.

  • @xXxXxViRaLxXxXx That would have made the movie times better

  • god this is badass..

  • Every soldier should be putting helmets and body armor on. John Connor needs to wear a helmet. Atleast a-10 pilots are wearing protection.

  • 2 things about this movie that surprised me

1-how their are still that many planes after the nukes went off

2-How they use them like niddy widdy as if they can build another one in a week.

  • too bad i cant read kilngon.

  • A10's are sexy!

  • A-10's are built to survive having one of its engine's blown off and up to a third of one of its wings blown off. The pilot is encased in the "titanium bathtub", even the glass is built to resist 20 mm cannon fire.

  • Okay movie, I felt like they rushed through the story.

  • no need to say thunderbolt II in title guy...kinda redundant

  • 1:57 It looks like most of those 30mm rounds from that first burst of that GAU-8 have missed for some reason since I only see a few detonations of those rounds hitting that Harvester.

  • that was bad and weak tactics a10's should have split apart and circled back .The one not being followed should have swing wide and slow and got a side shot on the hunter killer . Classic air combat knowledge.

  • can someone tell me what TTO means? I know TOT means "time on target" but I dont know what TTO would stand for.

  • SO that poor bastard can be skipped across the water and live... I wonder if he is a robot.

  • From 0:30 to 0:50 it is realistic BF3 Gameplay.

  • 1:57 If I remember correctly, the rounds from the main gun of a A-10 hits with the same kinetic force as a round from the main gun of an Abrams battle tank. Why was that robot still in one piece?

  • @SuperIllusiveman bah movies aren't ALWAYS accurate.. that said a maverick missiles will kill anything in that film.. realistically

  • the funniest part of the movie is 2:05

  • Any of you guys tried out the A-10s in the Battlefield 3 multiplayer? :')

  • I love how this movie actually showcases Human Military hardware as being able to destroy Terminators and Hunter Killer vehicles. The U.S Military is the most powerful military force in the history of mankind, a nuclear war shouldn't get rid of all that military technology we have. If we get scenes like this but on a full-scale war like scene as in the intro of Terminator 2 then that would be an awesome movie.

  • @Zero2267 Well skynet is U.S military Tecnology. It knows the hardware and as you can see, 2 warhogs where shot down. thats high prise to pay. so its litheraly U.S militry vs U.S military. allso, all modern armies put the past armies to shame.

  • Why is that guy giving a mission briefing right in the middle of the battle? You'd think that the soldiers would know there mission at this point.

  • BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT

  • Sexy move at 2:32

  • BattleField Bad Company 4 at 0:24-0:53

  • The first 5 min of this movie is what the last 1 hour and 55 min should have been like.

  • Why crash the A-10 at 0:33? The AA gun hit only the wing of the A-10

  • @MarkTheRide More interesting question is how that A-10 at 0:32 appeared literally out of nowhere.

  • They should use F-18s or F-15s. They can use the F-18s from aircraft carriers, the F-15s from the elmendorf air base, alaska

  • @MarkTheRide Yes, like they can somehow find F-18's and F-15's laying around in a post apocalytpic world! lol

  • That gun just shreds the fuck out of tanks and it doesnt even need that many rounds to do it.

  • I dunno about this; that cannon should have pulverized that giant robot at 1:55. The A-10 has a fucking insane gun.

Then again I doubt they have the uranium shells the A-10 is typically armed with.

  • The first scene is the best film! Finally, for me

  • If the A10s were shooting at a Transporter wouldn't they have killed the people inside? Like if the Transporter crashed?

  • yay two A-10 lost because pilots can fly a shit..

  • our aircrafts should be the hk's XD

  • @TerminatorA10Pilot it cant take off and land anywhere...it needs a runway

  • @TerminatorA10Pilot A-10's arent jump jets

  • @PolarBearification1 ??????? no shit, what do you mean by that?

  • @rubberbandman200 am i talking to you dumbass? and why dont you read my other comment....

  • @PolarBearification1 lol, i love to make kids mad on youtube

  • @rubberbandman200 man you are hilarious. why are you even on you tube? you have 4 subscribers, and you post gameplay....possibly the most easy thing to do on here....and youre like 26, go get a job or a girlfriend and stop trying to act all tough over the internet....oh and "lol" makes you look gay, but youre probably looking to do that...so keep it up man, youre doing great!

  • @PolarBearification1 i know i have 4 subs, but i have no clue why i have those subs......26?

  • @TerminatorA10Pilot Harriers would also be a nice fit as they can take off even from make shift airfields such as fields and roads, but not sure if the US has any of these left!?

  • is the first scene not from a cruise missile?

  • You would actually be surprised at how tough these planes are. I've seen pictures of em flying back to bases with an engine missing and the whole thing riddled with bullets and it still came back fine, pilot and all.

  • @TerminatorA10Pilot It's worth the extra for a Blu-ray copy! ;)

  • Cool video nice job love A-10's

  • @YoungBrada Thanks :]

  • @YoungBrada I agree!

  • I think the whole movie should have been a a war movie with large scale battles

  • the T-1000 came back from the future 5 times to dislike this

  • Say what you want about the movie

you have to admit this scene was awesome

  • i thought they would have something less advanced then A-10 and besides should they have like shitload of whepons lying in military bases around the globe

  • A-10's are cool and tough vehicles, but are they really THAT agile in Air-to-Air combat and are they even designed to fight enemy aircraft?

  • @kimskis Yeah, the Warthog is very agile, not made for dogfighting but it can carry Sidewinders.

  • @kimskis There not design to go Air to Air it' made for Air to ground hence the nickname Tank Killer. There are records of kill from A-10's in Air to Air though so it depends on the pilot and not just the plane itself. Its not as fast as other planes that can reach up to 1000+ kilos Its max would be around 590 kilos at most with max weight.

  • it hurts me when they blow up :(

  • Is A-10 built for ground support or its multi-functional ?

  • @Drakki100 It was designed specifically to destroy Soviet tanks. The entire aircraft was built around the 30mm cannon in the nose. Of course, being designed to attack tanks means that the aircraft was also ideal for numerous ground attack missions. I don't think there is a record of an A-10 engaging in a dogfight, but I could be wrong. Against an enemy with similar turning capabilities, I don't see why they couldn't perform air combat.

  • @doggonemess1 Ok ,thanks mate.

  • @doggonemess1 there isnt a dogfight ever recorded cuz none never hapend, this plane wasnt built to dogfight but im sure it can, but it wouldnt be the best at it...im sure the a10 doesnt have a lead computing gun sight any way

  • @rubberbandman200 Good point - and without a sight made for dogfighting, hitting something moving 500 MPH a mile away would be fairly unlikely, no matter how much lead (or DU) you sprayed out there. Just think about how hard it was to just hit a bomber going 300 MPH in a straight line - the AA crews sometimes fired hundreds of rounds without hitting anything at all. I didn't consider that.

  • @doggonemess1 its unlikely to happen, i doubt its hard to have enough lead on a air plane, you do have a 30mm gatling gun

  • A-10s are awesome!! Gotta love there farts!

  • Those A-10s are WAY to fast! Nice anyways

  • Apparently A-10s are tough enough to survive nuclear annihilation and a war be machines.

In real life, archeologists 5,000 years from now will find an intact abandoned A-10 in the desert...and they'll STILL be able to start it up!

  • What I loved about this film that not all of the US Millitary was destroyed..

  • @EuromanMovieReport oh yeah men because The United states army has many airbases everywhere in United states (nellis AFB Edward AFB langlay AFB etc .... during the nuclear war it perfect for defend USA

because the american army is a the best army prepared at a nuclear war

i am french and my country is not prepared at a nuclear war !!!!

  • In the next film I doubt they'll have any aircraft left, that's why Kyle in the first movie mentions they were that close to becoming extinct

  • and holy what kind of crazy shit was that at 2:19

  • 0:18 Is that a T-100 there?

  • @LiquidLazer Nope, I think it's Johnny 5 from Short Circuit. With a chain gun.

  • This is badass. I swear if I had the brains I would've joined the air force instead to pilot these bad boys.

  • Huey are awesome

  • loved this movie!

  • Despite being a hottie, Blair williams has a really deep voice for a woman.

  • A lot of people like to bitch about this movie, but it's actually pretty damn good. Especially this opening scene. Simply awesome.

  • actually, while A-10s are easy to maintain F-16s are also a good rugged choice. there is a reason so many different countries use it and its the only jet that can be used in Alaska. and since there are thousands of them in the US airbases inventory it would make sense the ressitance would use F-16s as well.

  • This war seems a bit more realistic, the others movies were great, but I guess they got those airplanes from an emergency military reserve base or something

  • 2:05 Ow! that's gotta hurt!

& those spins while skipping doesn't look realistic since he spins a bit too fast.

  • I love how, even though Humanity was vastly blown during Judgement Day, the Humans can still kick a little ass. The carpet bombing was epic.

  • What a fucking shitty pilot.

  • Look, all this debate about salvage or buying equipment without money. Let's say that the Resistance has put the surviving humans on a war economy. You're found alive, you're given food and you're told to work in a factory building A-10s.

I like it that it's more of a conventional war in Salvation. In the first Terminator it was obvious the humans were only using cars and trucks because it was a low-budget picture. I'd love to see a serious military simulator game based on the human/Skynet war.

  • 1:49 that's pretty authentic, if you ask me.Two aim 9 Sparrow's are located precisely in this pylon. This movie sucks balls btw!!!

  • at 1:58 how could the a-10s GAU-8 not kill the robot. if it survived that, then its invinvible

  • Don't get me wrong, I like Terminator Salvation, but I think to match the war scenes from T1 and T2 I don't think the Resistance would have access to airplanes.

  • Those A-10 wouldn't stand a chance in real life against Skynet. Lol if skynet was real!

  • @fallschirmjager1 Well by the looks of the clip they didn't stand a chance.

  • I wish they would go in detail of how they found all these weapons or whatever. Why the hell aren't they using supersonic jets?

  • I know the stunt pilot for Williams in this movie, she is a really great person to talk to, in fact I helped the crew chief that launched her plane out today!

  • this is the best part of the film!! and those planes are really great!! i want one for my birthday xD

  • 0:46 Destroyed my: ''OMFG-this-shit-is-awesome!'' mood.

  • the su 25 frogfoot ,can hit them harder & faster.

  • lol the hk has sick weaponry

  • What kind of missile do you think hit the first target there in the beginning? Looked like a Cruise Missile, MOAB, or maybe a JDAM.

  • @lostMachinima Most likely a Cruise missile though it looks different with that camera in the nose. Must have been a modified weapon created by the Resistance.

  • God damn I love these planes. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMM...... boom.

  • lol @ :22, the robot AA gun turns around around is prob like "ahhhh shit there goes the communications".

  • The woman has a sexy voice.

  • lol... at 1:58 is that really all the bullets that hit? i think not! It shoulda been like burrrrrrrr BOOM BOOM!!! And by the way... My grandpa designed this plane.. Yeah!!!

  • lol when i first saw this scene in the trailer whitout knowing it was terminator i was like

wow those insurgents fails even whit robots

  • One burst from it's 30mm should have taken that entire carrier out. But of course then the scene would have been over too fast.

  • i'm no genius on A10s but are they actually THAT good at AA? Good enough to take out those things. Also, why are they painted so hideously?

  • @smka13 the paintwork is rough because the A10s are the last remaining aircraft the resistance managed to salvage after the war. You have to imagine that the aircraft have seen a lot of service and so the paint will have worn off over time

  • @ourtimelost lol, thx. Also another thing is where on earth do the resistence manage to find all that fuel for all the aircraft? lol

  • @smka13 haha, its one of these movies where if you look at it in too much detail, there are bound to be flaws in terms of what is actually possible. you just have to ignore these unexplained details otherwise the whole storyline falls apart ;p

  • @ourtimelost agreed. Come to think of it after such a nuclear war how ta hell would they manage to scatter small military forces across the world unite them and arm them well

  • @FEAR709 i suppose lots of military bases were abandoned and left there as most human cities were nuked the remnants of the armies probably just got in and took the bases. this also the beginning of the war where they got all these planes and helicopters. but later in the war they stop using ballistic weaponry and lose all their planes and stuff and start using lasers and other stolen technology.

  • @ourtimelost

    @smka13

I guess it depends on what targets Skynet hit with its nukes. It looked like it was mainly going after population centers. If it neglected to hit all the manned military bases or fuel depots, they would still be able to recover some fuel and enough materiel/crew to keep the planes airborne for a while.

I mean, the U.S. DOES have the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. 727 million barrels, four different underground sites.

  • @ourtimelost But they are using "green fuel"... or just vodka =D

  • @ourtimelost plus you gotta remember that judgement day left several billion people alive, there wasnt a nuke on every small town and whatnot, so outside of the major skynet areas, theres likely alot of small towns and maybe a few small cities left that could have left considerable resources left.

  • @smka13 Steal it from Skynet?

  • @smka13

Stop being such a faggot and watch the movie.

  • @smka13 They have a military base, duh?

  • @smka13 lol, im an aircraft mechanic student, and i imagine those a-10s (like any other aircraft) can only do like 20 hours very tops air time before needing some kind of maintenance, so the resistance much have quite the cache of spare parts to keep them operational ;) its just one of those cool movies you gotta enjoy and not let the nitpicks get to you (like the one part with the jeep cherokee starting up after 10 years just sitting there lol)

  • @smka13 Skynet most likely still requires fuel for various things. It's believable that the Resistance has made some raids to acquire the liquid money.

  • @smka13 air to air above 20000 ft no its like shootin fish in a barrel but put them on the low altitude around 1500 around cayons or mountains easy guns

  • @smka13 Hmm interesting question. In short, No. The A-10 and A-10C were designed with one purpose in mind - ground support. However that isn't to say that they aren't capable of defending themselves in an air to air battle. AIM-9 sidewinders and the GAU-8 cannon could provide enough firepower to successfully engage enemy air targets.

  • @smka13 A-10s usually carry two AIM-9 Sidewinders for self-defense against fighters.

  • @smka13

as far as aa goes...yes. they are by no means fighter jets, but their low speed/ low altitude maneuvering is supposed to be really really good. it's supposed to be for out turn air defenses, and, while at medium to high altiude at high speed, they would be dog meat in front of any modern fighter, it might be able to hold it's own skimming the ground.

  • @smka13 yes they actually are that good at Air to Air combat.

    Heavy but VERY maneuverable. :D

  • I dont get why people didnt like this one, it looks good to me.

  • Williams: HK is down *burrrrrrrrrrrr*

    fuck yes!

best part of that entire scene!

  • What the fuck happenes to Williams?!?

  • @knowpassword she bails out and lands unharmed

  • Sukhoi 47s anyone?

  • Im sorry but I cant see Bale as John Connor only Bruce Wayne

  • BTW, that's the video with Russian subtitles.

  • @nuttex bravo

  • 0:31 A-10 comes from nowhere.

  • @nuttex it must have came out of hyperspace XD

  • @BionicleTV21 or from another dimension or realm.

  • @nuttex No you see it slightly in the clouds before it is is shot down

  • i think the a-10 is the perfect choice for fighting against machines, its tough, durable, and it can take alot of fire and even still fly with one engine gone, and it has some nasty weapons especially the cannon ;)

  • this film truly diserves a Oscar for special effects, or cinematogrophy, or art direction. and a lenghthy DVD special edition

  • my favorite part is at 1:56 ..... nothing better then the low thundering sound of the gun in the world on a plane.

  • the a-10 Thunderbolt II (aka Warthog) is a ground attack and close air support plane.

it is used for this purpose, because of its slower speed and heavy armament, that is ideal for ground support.

additionally, the gatling gun on the nose and the "titanium bathtub" that the pilots sits in, makes it as lethal as it is survivable.

for this reason, it is used to attack ground targets, including SAM and AA units, that most planes and jets stay away from.

  • At least the Producers knew the Toughest Plane likely to survive Judgement Day was the A-10 Hog...and the venerable Huey Helicopter.

  • @spinfrak ....and Fuel is very resourceful to power the A-10's in a post apocalypse future.

  • while I know it's just a movie. I've seen documentaries where pilots have said the a-10 can lose up to ten-feet of it's wing and still fly fairly well. So when at 0:32 when the HK hunter tank hits the a-10 and it crashes it's bullshit.

A-10's have 1 1/2 inch titanium armor I think and can take many hits from 22mm shells if I'm right.

  • @emarine Yes, but it was plasma when the HK tank hit it... Plasma is very different from ballistic rounds, also: It was not 10 feet, it was 32 inches.

  • Fuck the new YouTube layout

  • I didn't think A10 could be THAT good at Anti Air attacks

  • 0:17 HK Tank attacking the missle

  • Evasive manuevers now? What are they retarded?

    "yes fuckign sir I know!!!!!"

  • Wow noob pilots... i never saw 1 flare being deployed to avoid the missles...

  • they werent missiles. they were pulse projectiles. plus they were too fast.

  • @Rebel056

think they ran out of flares? lol

  • lol, the first missile is like the tow missile off Wahawk for PS3

  • Pretty bad pilots, look like someone missed their evasive manuvers flight class

  • Those A-10s destroy. That was pretty gay how that one shitty little robot plane took out two A-10s, that wouldn't happen, the A-10s would split, cut their engines, and one of them would be behind that thing instantly raping it with its GAU-8A.

  • yea the only thing i didn't like about this movie was they made them seem like the humans couldn't do shit

  • @maxkilla69 seriously, right?

  • @TerrbleTrioHerb of course this plane is bad-ass

  • Because the A-10 is built for aerial combat right?

  • @98RamMagnum

Yeah dumb shit. Sidewinder missiles are specifically for air-to-air engagements. Although A-10s are definitely air-to-ground fighter-bombers, they are capable of incredible maneuvers and pose a huge threat to faster fighters that cant stay on their tail for too long without passing them. Plus our pilots are just sick

  • @TerrbleTrioHerb No the A-10 would have stalled too easily if they cut their engines. They should have done a loop and gotten back on the transport's 6 o'clock.

  • Yeah, now I can only assume that you're either a total fool, or this is your strange idea of humour. Though you have a point about the typo. That said, it's not 'there spitfires', it's 'they're Spitfires'. Except they're not. They're A-10A Thunderbolt 2 'Warthog' aircraft. Not Spitfires.

  • no your the fool

    they are spitfires

  • @Deannrs

You're the idiot - the A-10A is the aircroft the blows the crap out of the robots. How you can think otherwise is a mystery!

  • aircraft*

and wtf mate there spitfires ,a-10a is the robot

  • @Deannrs your a fuckin retard

  • The Warthogs one beautiful plane, I liked how they included the A10 and Hueys

  • I hope in next episode (i hope there will be so?) we gonna see some bigger battles with these weapons.

I want to see dozens of robots like these pierced into strainers with GAU-8 by thunderbolts!
