Noise form changes happen randomly after you get your first noise. I assume that the noise % after a battle is a variable. What noise you get is completely random.

When you get the "WARNING" sign on the lower screen, a possibility is that you might face gian viruses (Or a really nasty boss from before {I got whooped by Rogue when this happened}). Get a high noise rating to change form(100.0% or above)
