I've seen the entire clip before and I think his name is Mike or something like that. He starts to tense up when the cop on our right here grabs his arm. He starts to yank on the cop and then they taze him. It really goes to show just how effective they are because he tenses up, he's a big guy and strong, and then he groans, flops, and apologizes to the cops.

I like how in the UK, you have to go threw so much shit just to taze someone but in America it's used so fast and often. I can't even believe in the UK they don't carry guns. I've watched COP UK and they get absolutely no respect from anyone but if you pull the shit on the American cops, they arrest you. Not to mention the legal system is different. Arrested for assault and burglary sometimes will be less then a 5 month sentence in the UK but not in America.

As fucked up as this looks sometimes, it's statistically safer than if the LEO has to physically drop a suspect against the ground. Plus, just realize that when you're under arrest, you're under arrest.

As a paramedic, I get called to arrestees who are tazed. To date, not One has been injured. Still drunk/high/obnoxious, but uninjured.

In fact, I have had much more illnesses from prisoners who have been pepper sprayed.

I have seen other people much more aggressive and the police do not used a taser against them. This was just a mumpish fat . I think they should first warn him that if he resists, they would shoot , but they did not give him a chance. (Sorry, my English is bad).

Unfortunately, the traffic stop in its entirety is not shown. I saw the orginal clip. They warned him several times. One of the officers even said that they had a police dog there. His response was, "turn it loose. I'll BOX that thing."
