It's an issue with anti-aliasing. In the old browser, the phone would turn off anti-aliasing when scrolling, but in the new build it does not do that. You'll see that every site will scroll fluidly when 'load images' option is turned off in the browser settings.
I think it's a code in the whole Android build, because non-default browsers (ex: Dolphin) are affected by this update as well.
I think the whole phone is laggy. Just switching home screens and pulling out the app/notification drawers is skippy. The is even after a factory reset.
I've got it overclocked to 1200mhz (more than double stock) and its a lot smoother. Also notable is that home++ in the market is a lot more optimized for smoothness than any other home app including stock. Overclocking is also not that difficult if you spend some time on alldroid.
To the troll who -1'ed me. As much as I love it still, the stock settings of the phone is slow, just no arguing otherwise.
I can only imagine who this will lag when adobe releases a flashpayer for it this year.. i dont think its gonna be as smooth, this phone was not built with flashplayer 10 in mind...
wow that phone is laggy as fuck, why is the iPhone so fucking awesome? GIVE IT A KEYBOARD
