I am due to go to court soon in y fight to gain contact with my son who I have not seen for over a year, My son has been used as a pawn and a weapon against me, It has taken this long just to get my case into court, but I will fight for as long as it takes me. I am aware of what I am up against with CAFCASS but hopefully I done my research and sought advice from different sources and those who have had experience of CAFCASS so II feel prepared to challenge them when the time comes

Good luck. Be prepared for the shock of your life when the CAFCASS report comes through... it will be so different from what they told you to your face.

CAFCASS will be all nice to you, and then may stab you in the back.

@UKSecretCourts I am involved with the Fathers for Justice (F4J) organisation and have purchased their handbook covers all everything right down to the raw truth and how devious CAFCASS can be. I will be pushing to see the copy of their report before I go to court so I can challange any inaccuracies before the second cout hearing. I can but try.

If you can tape the CAFCASS interviews. Don't ask permission - as they'll say no. You can say it exists and provide "transcripts" of it - don't put in the tapes, transcribe them.

Dont' tell the judge about F4J or any other campaigning group and that will prejudice them against you, but if they get nasty then get all the help you can.

Expect lies and deceit - as it comes as standard. :(

@UKSecretCourts Ok thanks for the advice, I have a solicitor representing me and if that fails then I will look to represent myself or use a Mackenzie friend. I am going to invest in a decent dictation recorder to use. Have already experienced lies and decent so will not come as any surprise to me.

i have nt seen my son now 4 nearly 5 years,because i let my son play with toy soldiers,lost my job £60k a year had 2x 10 minites in court over a period of 5 years,alway ajournd for 4 to 8 months,never spoke in court to defend my self ,my son has been to a child skrink at the age of 3 years old ,and as to be taken out of school for 20 hrs a week,for anger problems,the govenment should be charge for multi counts of child abuse,never vote LABOUR.

In the UK, the law is simple. If you leave your wife and children, for any reason (even if her behaviour is intollerable), the man gets stung, EVERY time (unless he is afreemason).

If you leave - and she gets 30% of your wages for years. Children are great BUSINESS for women in the uk. they just have to find some idiot who wants sex (easy), take his sperm, then bastardise him, until he leaves. Then she never has to work again !!

When i was taken to court, for my NINETEEN yer old son (a false claim, incidentally), there were no available magistrates trianed in child law. I disputed the validity, but htye threatened to throw me out, and judge against me, so i stayed.

They judged against me, anyway, as expected, and i paid £1,900 CHILD SUPPORT for a man who was working.

They said i "hadnt informed them in writing", when he reached 17, so they carried on billing me !

I HAD let them know, but they "said" i hadnt.

I'm not sure of the story about Fran Lyon, but there is some interesting articles being written in Brian Gerrish's UK Column newspaper about Social Services taking children from their parents for unbelievable reasons. Yes I for one know exactly what is going on. You know the current case of the care home being dug up in Jersey. I think there are a lot of frightened people just waiting for the police to knock on their doors. I had a mate taken into care back in 1976. Only found out a few years ago what happened to him as I got in touch with his sister via Freinds reunited. He was a tough nut as well wouldn't let anyone touch him up but....

Jersey is horrific! Such abuse appears widespread. The one shining light about Jersey is that its got us all talking about care homes.

The fact that Ex staff in Jersey threatened the children, is the biggest indicator of guilt.

They are very resiliant. In Oklahoma, public court records are on the legislative table to be closed to the internet. I'm sure that this law will pass. It will put up another obstacle to go through, in the legal proceedings, in order for us to get to the family courts, which is where the real crime occurs. We will correct this problem, no matter how many obstacles that they put in front of us.

John Hemming has managed to get the Secret court system put before the Council of Europe.

The Council are concerned that SS aren't accountable. That people are gagged.

That malpractice can't be stopped or challenged.

That mothers are fleeing the country to escape Social Services.
