Furthermore, the other 3 co-authors stand by the original report. Lastly, this woman, like Israel claims that the witness accounts were one sided. I guess they would be if Israel after repeated requests from Goldstone refused to cooperate or participate in the investigation. They wouldn't even allow him access to Gaza through Tel Aviv.

Goldstone is highly critical of Hamas firing Katushka rockets into Israel and for comingling in civilian areas at times. Goldstone seems more critical of Israel b/c Israel's actions are worthy of criticism - disproportionate force should be criticised. Is Israel above the law?
