I so loved Ken Oath and John was the nicest guy on earth as a DJ with a heart of Gold and a wonderful wit. I loved take me back to Innaminka and How ya goin awright and nice legs shame a bout the face. WOnderful aussie humour.

I fondly remember John DJing the barn shows in the Adelaide Hills in the late 70,s.I was 12 at the time and always wanted to be a DJ after that.
