the government are trying to ban this on youtube it doesnt want people to see this just shows you the level of corruption in british courts the public need to do something about this
Like it way to go I’m guessing as a human being you have learnt far more since. I see it was in a county court was the Judge fixed or circuit?what were his actual qualifications? Your example is dragging the court system back to how they should be run unfortunately too many panic and don’t know their rights and are confused by the system to speak up. I always say not to be intimated by court officials befriend the process as a whole and treat the humans involved with the contempt they deserve!

@42kang Hi, the court that heard this case was a "court de facto" (no jury). The so called judge had no knowledge of the law, only BULLSHIT.
