Systema is the best self defense method that i have seen on you tube or in the real world and i can speak from experience from when i took karate, there is not a self defense martial art that is availible in where i live in the midwest of the united states, i mean sure you have might have systema in some places you just have to look very hard, no the most you have the mainstream martial arts like karate, tae kwon do and not saying anything bad about the 2 but for my money systema is the way

Yeah this stuff is good. I tried it and liked it. A shame Im having to much school and other activites to contine training right now :/
